When does it reconvene? No one knows other than the 110th Congress will meet on January 3, 2007 (the Constitution was amended from December to January 3 years ago).
SO was this a "test" by the gangstas' to see how the public would react
to such a law? IF it was, well, I guess they now know don't they!!!
