n to plow ahead with controversial new border taxes and inspections of Canadian trucks and railway cars that took effect abruptly June 1.

Trade watchers say the move will hurt Canada-U.S. relations and cool cross-border trade.

Calling Canada a potential conduit for bioterrorism, pests and disease, the U.S. government is boosting its northern border inspection muscle - and making Canadian commercial shippers foot the bill."

Most chilling of this latest provocation by the United States against other Nations of the World, according to these reports, was the deployment by the American Military of contingents of what they call ‘Dragon Soldiers’, which are troops of the US Army’s Chemical Weapons Corps, on what had been the longest undefended border in World History.

It is also interesting to note that this latest hostility against a sovereign Nation by America’s War Leaders confirms the just released findings of the Global Peace Index published by the renowned Economist Intelligence Unit think tank that states the United States has fallen to a dismal 96 out of 121 Nations on their Global Peace Index.

[Not content with the militarization of their borders, the United States has taken the further step of militarizing their disaster response systems, and which was once the responsibility of the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to respond to internal disasters, now it is the Pentagon:

"In the wake of the deadly and devastating Hurricane Katrina, the U.S. Army says it prepared to mobilize thousands of pieces of equipment in advance of a severe weather situation.

Army Brig. Gen. David Halverson, director of operations, readiness and mobilization, for the deputy chief of staff for operations and plans says the branch has assigned 2,600 pieces of equipment to states along the Atlantic coast, as well as the islands of Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.

The relief supplies include generators, trucks, Humvees and radios, and the Pentagon says about half of the units assigned are in place.

General Halverson explains, "Just like any war fight, we are trying to be postured mentally and physically so we can have success... This year we're much better prepared than we were last year."]

Russian Military Analysts, in their report on these latest US moves, state that American’s War Leaders are intent upon the destabilization of Canada due to the rapidly changing climate in the Arctic, and which both the United States and Russia, along with other Nations, are preparing to both occupy and explore for its vast oil and mineral wealth potential.

Though Canada has long asserted its rights to the vast Arctic Regions, though their sovereignty views are not held by the Untied States, and who’s Ambassador to Canada, David Wilkins, recently stated, "We don't recognize Canada's claims to those waters."

On this issue we also cannot overlook the significance of the United States massive High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in their Arctic Regions, and which many researchers around the World have targeted as the true cause of Global Warming for the express purpose of opening up the vast Arctic Regions to exploration, and exploitation, by the West.

The esoteric symbology of the use by American’s War Leaders of their ‘Dragon Soldiers’ on their Northern most border with Canada should also not be lost upon us, as its occult connection with Nazi Germany’s Totenkopf (Deaths Head) symbol for its border troops speaks more than words to the darkest of forces that are once again encroaching upon our World.

To the greatest significance, however, of these events we can read as written by the great 16th Century Prophet Michel de Nostredame (Nostradamus) that the openings of these vast Arctic Regions are actually the preparation for the ‘New Nation’ encompassing the Russias and North America that will see this present Age to its end, and as he had written:

Long in the America’s since their ‘discovery’ in the 15th Century, and in their deepest religious circles, has the ‘debate’ raged of their prophetic significance in a Christian Bible that seems to have no knowledge whatsoever of what stands today, in these ‘End Times’, as the most powerful Nation the World has ever seen, the United States.

But, to the ‘tilting of the Axis’ of our World, and the ‘final’ uniting of the Russias and the Americas in the New ‘Arctic Nation’ will ‘all’ be known and understood to those that have ears to hear, and eyes to see.
