For the first time in our nation’s history, the President of the United States is being accused by person after person, while his lawyers cannot even be present. His representation was even barred from entering the room as witnesses testified against the President.

Extremists are hoping you just won’t notice.

Our nation’s court system has a time-honored tradition that gives both sides equal time to argue for or against a case.

But that common courtesy is not given to our own President. Radicals are out for his blood and they are making sure that justice doesn’t get in their way.

The House Resolution gave Rep. Adam Schiff more time than any Republican. Way more time. In fact, nine times longer than any Republican had to question witnesses.

That radical imbalance of time still wasn’t enough for Rep. Schiff.

He also tried to control the handful of minutes Republicans got to ask a few questions. He interrupted Republican legislators and he even directed a witness to not answer their question. So even in the handful of minutes that Republicans did have to question witnesses ... Schiff stopped them from getting to the truth.

But that’s not all: Rep. Schiff also has complete control over which witnesses are brought in to testify. Never before in an honest American court of law does one side control who testifies and who doesn't.

This is outrageous. Impeachment efforts are nothing more than lipstick smeared on a partisan debacle.

Already some Democrats are fighting against it. We just need 15 more legislators to feel enough pressure from the American people to stop this injustice in the U.S. House.

A liberal law professor from Harvard has some strong words about impeachment. He said, he searched the federal crime statues "from beginning to end — I couldn’t find the crime," worthy of impeachment, according to Real Clear Politics.

Prof. Alan Dershowitz also said, "Congress cannot impeach President Trump, because if they did, they would be putting themselves above the law."  He said, "Whether you're a Democrat or Republican; whether you come from New York or the middle of the country, you should be frightened by efforts to try to create crimes out of nothing."

Dershowitz went on: "And so the Democrats are now making up crimes. First they made up collusion. 'Ahh! Collusion. It's a crime!' I searched the statute books. There’s no crime of collusion except when businessmen get together to collude against the anti-trust laws, but no crime of collusion with a foreign country."

We need to stand up right now for truth and justice. And we need to defend our values despite radicals' best efforts to destroy them. What you can expect tomorrow is for Democrats to trot out their best-sounding arguments against President Trump. They might even claim "obstruction." But Dershowitz addressed that, too: "No, no, no, no, no. Obstruction of justice is a crime. Obstruction of Congress is part of our system of checks and balances."

I encourage you to ask anyone supporting impeachment to point to what law President Trump broke. Ask them to name the specific code. Even Rep. Schiff and the best radical lawyers haven’t attempted to do that. Because nothing that has come forward about President Trump's actions were illegal.

After nearly 50 days of hunting, Democrats have not found a single law that President Trump broke worthy of impeachment. But don’t expect that to slow down their impeachment train.
