UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that the U.S. NAZI Paperclip occupation government along with U.S. State Department, the CIA and NSA are in total violation of the U.S.-Russian Protocol agreements that marked the end of the then Soviet Union.
It was the current U.S. State Department that began to violate the agreement with a CIA-NSA-George Soros financed coup d'état against the then pro-Russian duly elected Ukrainian government.
