This is exactly why standing armies are expressly forbidden in the US Constitution, but seeings how the US Constitution has become an anachronistic, by-gone cache of ideas, guidelines, and instructions laying out the duties, obligations, and restrictions of all parties in Trust, (which 90% of all Americans would not be able to comprehend anyway, even if they did decide to read it) a document no longer considered in any court of law, or operation of government; you now have a government that can attack anyone it wants with an unlawfully convened military at its disposal to attack them with, including Americans.
