This one blew me away: EXAMPLE - The Katonah-Lewisboro School District, NY

Page 7 of the .pdf file that is page 4 on the document: total students Kindergarten through High School 3,512 with a 2013 "Budget" of $113,062,834 or that is = to: $32,193 per student. (Should it be required that the students each year get gold plated?) http://CAFR1.com/STATES/NEWYORK/SchoolDistrict/Katonah-Lewisboro-School-District2013.pdf

Also I came across something else interesting today for the State of NY.

The (EFC)  Environmental Facilities Corporation

(A COMPONENT UNIT OF NEW YORK STATE)

Basically a clean water fund

http://CAFR1.com/STATES/NEWYORK/EnviormentalFacilitiesCorp2010.PDF

I am still looking at it. I note "Very Interesting" on the what and how.

Start off with page 84 of the .pdf document: MANAGEMENT’S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS

The two primary funds are the (CWSRF/DWSRF).

2010 - Total assets increased by $517.2 million or 4.3% from $12.0 billion to $12.5 billion.
