The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is actually proud of the fact it is distributing the greatest amount of free meals and food stamps ever.
Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals." Their stated reason for the policy is because the animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves.

R.M.: The principle of making food and water scarce to all but a few has been used down through the ages as powerful behavioral modification tool of Communistic and other evil regimes. This is a principle Earth Man should remember and continue to prepare for, for when the body is dying of thirst and hunger, all logic and reason fly out the window; it is "fend for yourself time" and civilized society crumbles. With the rapid push for socialism in America, it appears that the ones in control of these programs are using this behavioral modification tool to coerce their "subjects" to trade in their God-given freedoms and liberties for government hand-outs of food and security.
