This video is a good example of why there is no reason to save any branch of the current government. There is no reforming that which is 100% rotten to the core. Also, there are not enough smart people with the requisite qualities of honor, morality, and courage, needed to occupy key government post, "even if the current one was suddenly swept away".
To reacquire the America that was lost back in 1812, a extraordinary leap in human evolution will first need to occur, literally over-night. The average attained degree of self sufficiency and literacy of Americans back before 1812 was 500 years in advance of the current lobotomies - r - us crowd, representative of most Americans today.
To get back to pre 1812 levels of self sufficiency and literacy -- the canceling out of the last 200 years of de-evolution on steroids will have to take place -- in addition to the previous 300 years prior to that being called forward again as the primary example for human conduct; quite possibly removing the need for any government at all, good, or bad.
Maybe in another million years the humans on this planet would have evolved enough to allow for a honest, and just government, because the majority of the people had become that way themselves; "but until that occurs, whether it be one million, or one thousand, mankind have no business forming governments while still exhibiting the qualities of selfishness, self doubt, fear, hate, denial, cowardness, and stubborn ignorance". ~Rod Remelin
