It is known by experience that once a stupid law is passed, a hundred corrections will be needed to make it good.  But never expect a legislature to repeal a stupid law and make its job easier.  Legislators prefer to keep mending and correcting old stupid laws rather than simply repeal them and solve the problem once and for all.

9-11 gave a good opportunity to the legislators of both parties to punish 300 million American citizens with a law that deprived them of their traditional Constitutional liberties by declaring every American a suspect terrorist by default, until proven innocent.  Our lawmakers didn’t miss that opportunity; they passed the Patriot Act.  Of course, out of that came tyrannical monsters like the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS) and its child, the Transportatio Security Agency (TSA).  The legislators who proposed it at the beginning, now claim they didn’t expect it to turn into the monster it is today.  Whether they expected it or not, it is a monster.  For all the years of its existence, it didn’t catch a single terrorist, and it can’t prove that it improved the security of anything.  Not that it is without its achievements, of course.  Children have been and continue to be groped and molested; old and disabled people were and are terrorized; sexual predators and perverts found legitimate employment coupled with free satisfaction, and petty thieves had good opportunities to steal directly from travelers’ bags with impunity.  Flying became more dangerous than before; except that now the terrorists are paid with Federal money and have blue uniforms.  TSA, of course, adopted the policy of “our people are always right even when they are wrong,” and much of that Federal money went to protect them against court action.

[And for three years, the President and Congress (both parties) have sat on their hands.  And they are still not REALLY doing anything to stop this criminal and unconstitutional law.  (See my comments below.)  Please remember this when you vote for your next federal representatives in the upcoming, November 2012, Presidential and Congressional elections.]

A stupid law can create dangerous results.  The Patriot Act went above and beyond in that respect.

So now the lawmakers had to repair what could be repaired – without, of course, just repealing the stupid law.  The US Senate passed the bill that would allow airports to kick out the TSA agents from their premises and replace them with private security agencies.  Finally, a little sanity in the bigger picture of insanity and perversion.  The TSA won’t be able now to deny the airports’ requests for private security operators unless it can prove that it will decrease the level of security.

[I'm sorry but changing the guard without making the body searches (sexual molestation) and X-ray imaging (damaging the human body) will not stop the crimes against HUMANITY from being continued!  This is a political smoke screen; an election year parlor trick in order for the politicians to save face at the election polls.  The politicians are toying with the American people.  Can you not see it?  Are you not outraged by their phony-baloney behavior?  Mr. President and Congress; REPEAL the TSA law or get ready to be voted out of office!]

Of course, the TSA will fight back.  Think about it, all these perverts and predators and voyeurs, they just found the dream job of their lives; would they put up with some private profiteers who want to take it away from them?  TSA will do anything to stop the law from being enforced – by lies, bribery, fraud, and bureaucratic action.  After all, TSA is not about security, it is about itself and its cohort of perverts.

But the good news is that the lawmakers in Washington finally began to understand that things can not go the way they are going.  That the anger and the discontent of the population is reaching its critical point where someone will suffer, and that someone will be the politicians themselves.  That unless something is done about the pervert agency [No, the law is perverted, and criminal and unconstitutional!  The TSA law makes it legal (not lawful) to sexually molest the people and/or force them to be radiated with deadly X-ray rays.  Repeal the TSA law and you will no longer have TSA agents sexually molesting and/or radiating the people.  If the politicians are too cowardly to repeal the TSA law, AND THEY ARE, then fighting this law in the courts is the next best course of action.] , the people or the states will do something about it.  Which means that the people are waking up to the game the establishment is playing.

Let’s hope the momentum keeps growing.  We have a long way to go before we return to the liberty our Founding Fathers fought for.
