UNITED STATES of America - It can now be reported that CIA asset and Goldman Sachs puppet, President Barack Obama, has once again capitulated to the Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate by refusing to nationalize 16 major U.S. zombie banks that sit on $TRILLIONS, if not quad $TRILLIONS of toxic derivatives that are worth, at best, a half a cent on a dollar.

Note: Former U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker, who has advocated this nationalization of banks, has told (foreign born) alleged President Obama that he no longer feels comfortable in advising Obama.
Reference: It is important to note that the longer these toxic derivatives stay on the books of these major banks the greater the cost aka carrying charges accrue against the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which will directly continue to depreciate the value of all worldwide currencies, including the U.S. dollar, the EURO currency, the Japanese yen as well as the Chinese yuan.
