There is no rule of law. That is a myth. In reality, the law is an instrument of coercion serving the interests of those who hold the reigns of power. They power of that myth fuels great wealth for those who run and rule the economy - both legal and illegal. The myth of the rule of law is the basis of liquidity. That is why so much time and money goes into sustaining the myth.
