We understand that FBI and other enforcement are \'dealing with\' this situation. We deduce from this latest scandal that the ratocracy couldn\'t care less about the consequences of their continuing financial banditry, couldn\'t care less about the devastating exposures that have materialised, and couldn\'t care less that their behaviour is destroying millions of lives. Why should that be of any concern when 2,000,000+ have been murdered/displaced in Iraq as a consequence of the raids to protect the Bush Crime Family and ransack the Central Bank? If bankers continue behaving like this, their institutions will ALL be nationalised. The big British banks, for instance, are defying the Government by refusing to pass on the massive interest rate cuts to customers. Now that such arrogance is whiplashing millions of ordinary people, it can only be a matter of time before the financial sector is subjected to draconian controls. We can smell this outcome in the air.
As a matter of fact, what is stated above is A FRACTION OF WHAT WE ARE ADVISED is taking place right now. We are not yet authorised to give details. But what can be said is that if gunshots were reported to have been heard inside institutions on both sides of the Atlantic, this would induce NO SURPRISE IN THIS OFFICE WHATSOEVER. As we were able to establish when certain advice was proferred in September, to the effect that ONLY A STANCE OF HEAVILY REINFORCED STEEL would be understood by these people, so now, \'as we speak\', ONLY TOUGH RESPONSES OF THE UTMOST RIGOUR can be expected to yield the necessary outcome to stop the catastrophe. WE UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH A RESPONSE IS BEING DELIVERED.
• On a minor note, the gross, despicable, illegal, interference with our communications that we complained about two days ago, and which we also complained about LOUD AND CLEAR TO British Telecom and other carriers yesterday, SUDDENLY CEASED TODAY. We\'ll see whether this state of affairs continues, won\'t we. If we are interfered with CONTRARY TO PROTECTION INSTRUCTIONS, we can be relied upon to kick up the necessary stink and to expose BY NAME all who play around.
