few days ago, Joe Biden, Obama’s VP choice, commented to some supporters that after Obama’s term as Prez begins, there will be some contrived international incidence to test the new Prez. This comment was made within a week after word leaks out that military personnel may be called upon the quell civil unrest in our country sometime in the near term future.
Many wonder: what kind of incidence is it to which Biden refers, and what might be the circumstances where the Army might be used on American streets? Since I believe that Biden’s “contrived international incidence” story most likely has wings, one indicator of what this event just might be are the laws adopted related to such situations. 18 USC
§382 relates to “situations involving chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction” and it may be read here:
When these weapons of mass destruction have been used, the Attorney General is authorized to call upon the Department of Defense for assistance. See also 18 USC § 2332e:
Laws like the above two do not simply get enacted by chance, and I bet that these laws were adopted with knowledge that incidences like these were highly probable in the future. And now Biden indicates that such events may very well be contrived.
