The scam that Paulson, Bushfraud and Bernanke are trying to pull off, along with the compromised Internal Revenue Service, is to let Wells Fargo buy Wachovia Bank and then let Wachovia actually write off the outstanding fixed rate derivatives linked to Deutsche Bank.

The 451-page 'bailout' legislation, which originally was only three pages, is termed the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" (EESA), which in the end is not just $700 BILLION of U.S. Taxpayers money, but actually amounts to $11 TRILLION.

As we reported earlier folks, Bushfraud and TREASONOUS Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi have already given the okay for Martial Law in the United States.

Section 101(a)(1) of the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" (EESA), creates the "Trouble Asset Relief Program" (TARP), which provides:

            (1) Authority.--The Secretary is authorized to
establish the Troubled Asset Relief Program

 Section 204 of the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" (EESA), puts the United States under emergency economic rule; it states the following:

"All provisions of this Act are designated as an emergency requirement and necessary to meet emergency needs..."

P.S. All of this, of course, folks, is totally UN-Constitutional and leaves the American People with NO choice but to declare the entire U.S. occupation government as contemptuous and without any more legal authority to direct the lives of the American People.
