Hello!!!
My Friend Jerry was kind enough to explain to Me that We are now living in a Kakistocracy and I wish that I could prove that Jerry is incorrect about this being a Kakistocracy.
Do You have any viable evidence that We are not presently living in a Kakistocracy.
Thanks,
Bill.
