RESPONSE TO THE "STATE OF A CRISIS"
George Karavelis
The majority of your constituents(not including lobbyist) have been keenly aware that the legislative body does not cater or recognize the concerns of "the people." The call to action in regards to abuses of our Constitution, by the Executive Branch, have fallen on deaf ears, by most of your associates. As a constitutionalist and historian, let me begin by referring you to the following statute: U.S Code,Title 18, Part 1, Section 4: Misprison of Felony. "Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the united states of America, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both." On October 17, 2006, two acts of tyranny and treason were initiated by the Executive Branch, more specifically the occupant of the Whitehouse. the Posse Comitatus and Habeas Corpus statutes were terminated on this day. This was an act of Treason, and impeachment proceedings should commence immediately in regards to both, the President and Vice President. There are some courageous Congressman, like Robert Wexler and Dennis Kuscinich that have the vision to move forward with certain charges that I have mentioned above. The other segment I would like to address is the implementation of the NESARA(Basle 2) accord that has been deliberately delayed, by the President since 2000. I am fully aware the U.S Supreme Court has a gag order on the Legislative Branch, not to speak about the NESARA accord, but the time has come to institute a new U.S Treasury currency backed by gold and silver, and eliminating the unconstitutional "fiat currency. The Federal Reserve System, since 1913 has been a "credit cartel" and all intellectuals understand that it is NOT an American Institution. Congressman, this is yet another example of treasonous activity to foster a monetary system(Federal Reserve) that is not part of the Constitution. I fully believe this correspondence will not be read by you, and one of your interns or clerks will dispose of it, in a vile way. Stay well and enjoy the support of the lobbyists.
Sincerely,
George Karavelis
