A new European INTERPOL "Red Notice" was issued today accusing Marc Rich of electronic bank fraud involving five (5) major proprietary accounts linked to the Bushes and the Clintons in the country of Switzerland.

Rich also faces another "Red Notice" for counterfeiting of Euro currency, the British Sterling and Swiss Francs.

Some of the counterfeit funds made their way into the U.S. Federal Reserve and could be currently in circulation in the Southeast United States.
