That's right folks: "PRELIMINARY" Militia Alert. It COULD happen at any time. I have listed below some of the background of this POTENTIAL Militia Alert. Pack your bags and all the things that have been mentioned in previous alerts. Have everything ready to go. I never thought that I would be the subject of one of these for at least a few years. However, it seems that Denver wants me out of their hair in the worst way, and what they quite possibly believe this to be the easiest way. Send in the swat team, take Stanley out very quietly with a bullet, and if that doesn't work, burn him out like in Michigan, as we saw the last 24 hours.

Rick Stanley is the militia member who is the subject of this Alert. Address is 6280 E. 39th Ave Denver Colorado. Directions are from 1-70 get off at the MONACO exit. May be listed as the DAHLIA/HOLLY/MONACO exit if you are coming from the west. If you are coming from the east it may say MONACO/HOLLY/DAHLIA exit. Go south on Monaco a few blocks and you will come to a light which is SMITH Road. Go past Smith Road one block only to 39th Avenue. Turn WEST which would be a right coming from I-70 in Denver Colorado. After you have turned WEST on 39th Avenue, go to the THIRD large building on the LEFT: A 22,000 square foot building that is RED and WHITE and has a STANLEY FASTENER & SHOP SUPPLY sign in front of it. If you arrive at this point, this is Rick Stanley's place of business and loft.

This will be the site of the stand-off I am pretty sure unless they try and pick me up. Stanley's phone number is 303-329-0481 at the office and if you wish to speak with Rick after the phone is shut off or anytime when he is not at this number the cell phone number is 303-669-4316. Another cell phone will be available to call Rick after the stand-off occurs. Stanley has water and food for quite some time. However, I will be under siege if this becomes an actual Militia Alert, and speed is of the essence. They will try and cordon off the area for several blocks. Try and get here and form up a block or so from each cordoned off approach. Contact me, and I will try and contact those of you who are coming by your cell phones I will have in my possession. From there we will create diversionary issues for the thugs who are besieging Stanley. You will know who they are. It will be very easy to tell. If this particular Militia Action takes place they will already have fired upon me and the Defense will have already started. I won't contact you through the Stanley Scoop unless it has. I may not have the opportunity to peck out a long request for help with directions again so keep this Alert with you for directions and instructions. As long as I am alive and have ammo, and yes I have lots of ammo, I will hold them at bay. Legal Ammo too, like they care about legal. This action will be done illegally, unlawfully and unconstitutionally by the thugs in government in Denver Colorado. Of that you have my assurance. The trailing media releases explain it in all the detail one would need. If they should kill me before you get there, make sure that these bastards are prosecuted in Federal Court on behalf of my wife and family and sue the City of Denver for everything they have got. I am not without resources. My wife will know what to do. Perhaps a collection plate can be taken up to offset the costs for lawyers since I won't be there to do it myself. One good thing is the two cases against me for their unconstitutional weapons charges will become a moot point. My wife will be off premise at that time if this should go down. I will guarantee that as well, one way or the other.

Remember, you have done nothing unlawful by coming to this point. Once you take up with force of arms and deploy as an individual or a unit, you are in the game. No turning back at that time. Try and take high ground around the various buildings in the area.. My building is at least as high as any of the buildings. I will be well armed. Lots of weapons(all legal, all defensive, lots of ammo). I will have some surprises for the good thugs who are besieging me. I will use everything at my command, and I will have high ground with tremendous firepower. Helicopters will be destroyed if used against me, as will tanks. I plan on throwing paper airplanes at them and they will go home. Just havin a little fun. I have alternative plans. I hope all of you will come prepared with force of arms, bottles, cloth, gasoline, etc all the fun things you will need to defend. Once attacked I will be shooting everything in sight that is attacking me. You should use the same tactic. I won't ask for help until that is a reality.

Now, what can be done before this happens. Phone calls to your Representatives, those in Colorado, legislators, Governor, Mayor of Denver hopefully the new one if it is after July 21: "Hickenlooper, who I believe is a good man and I supported", District Attorneys, judges, Senators, Representatives of the FEDS and the STATE, the FBI, the media, demonstrations by interested folks (I know, everybody is too busy), and I will prepare a Federal lawsuit this week against the City of Denver and all the players involved. Denver may want to defuse this and the threat of the MUTUAL DEFENSE PACT MILITIA and all of the interested Patriots across the country who will commit to coming to my aid, may be enough to stop this. A pardon from the governor or a favorable decision by the Colorado Court of Appeals is the people to target for the issues presented. Do they want to turn Colorado into a Waco, Rainbow Farms, Ruby Ridge, Michigan, of the type they have never seen before? We will be armed, mad as hell and in the right! They are wrong with this, if it happens. Remember that. Stanley will not quit. They must stop these actions against Americans unconstitutionally stealing our rights, our persons, our property, our children, or our guns. It is time to return America to a Constitutional government with respect for constitutional rights, and courts that are constitutional again with 12 man juries that get to hear the whole case without unconstitutional interference freom lawyers in black robes masquerading as judges. America deserves the republic that is our birthright and heritage, and all under the rule of Constitutional and common law.

May God be with us all. I believe he is. This may be the only chance for America to stop the madness of the fascism that has taken over America. This could be a historic day for America. If not, one day it will happen, of that we are confident of. They will cause it, not us.

By the way - for the sake of the legal beagles out there who poo poo a non-lawyer's statement because pro se's "don't know what they're talking about" I would like to add this:

Patterson's warrant is illegal/void because the district court loses ALL jurisdiction once the case is on appeal pursuant to Rule 3 Colo. App Rules which states, "Upon the filing of the notice of appeal, the APPELLATE court shall have EXCUSIVE jurisdiction over the appeal and ALL procedures concerning the appeal unless otherwise specified by these rules." There is no "otherwise specified rule" which supercedes Rule 3. An unlawful order/warrant is void and therefore, Rick Stanley cannot be lawfully arrested or pursued by the Denver cops. But silly me. Subject: If Only I Was Black Then The Media Would Cover the Injustice

Rick Stanley, Constitutional Activist and former 2002 US SENATE Candidate, gave the following written release to the media.:

"I couldn't help but wonder aloud, that if I was black, then the media would cover the injustice." Rick Stanley, who was reading about the FEDERAL PROBE SOUGHT as the headline in the Rocky Mountain News, openly ponders this question. Why is a story about a rogue judge in Denver, specifically Judge Robert Patterson, who has issued a bench warrant for Rick Stanley, illegally and unlawfully, not being investigated by the media? He is black. The Police Department has issued an Armed and Dangerous report and the FBI has admitted they are investigating Stanley as well. What is this all about? Stanley has been demonstrating in front of the Colorado Supreme Court and around the Denver area with a sign that says, "COWARDS COMMITTING TREASON: DENVER & COLORADO JUDGES ARE VIOLATING THEIR OATH OF OFFICE: RICK STANLEY DEMANDS HIS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS BE UPHELD". Stanley has been accused by a Colorado Supreme Court employee of brandishing a weapon, and when it is discovered after 2 hours of being arrested, this is not the case, Stanley is released, no charges, no apology, no investigation of the woman at the Colorado Supreme Court for her lie and unlawful action resulting in Stanley being arrested with eight police officers pointing guns at Stanley. Based upon the history of the Denver Police Department and their horrendous record of killing suspects by "accident" or just on purpose and then covering up with excuses, with no charges ever being filed, is it any wonder that Stanley does not trust the judicial branch of government and the Denver Police Department that is harassing him and now hunting for Stanley to make an arrest.

Stanley has a case that was originally in Denver Judge Robert Patterson's courtroom in 2002, and he was convicted of exercising his State and National Constitutional right to openly carry anywhere in the state of Colorado including Denver. The courts in Denver did not, and still do not recognize that right, even though the legislature and Governor of Colorado affirmed that right with SB-25 on March 18, 2003, and with that legislation made a state law banning the cities of Colorado from violating the State Constitution right of open carry of a weapon on your person. The new SB-25 just affirmed what the State Constitution already said. Now it is being observed by the police in Colorado and Denver, but the courts are still ignoring this fact. Stanley's case is now appealed lawfully, with all fees paid, to the Colorado Court of Appeals, which means by the courts own rules that Stanley can not be brought back to the original jurisdiction of Judge Patterson's court during the appeal process for any reason regarding this case. A stay of execution is in effect from Judge Patterson at the sentencing hearing which was secured by Stanley's paid $2,500.00 appeal bond. Judge Patterson has tried to bring Stanley back to his court twice now to revoke the Stay of Execution for his 6 month jail sentence, fines, probation, community service, etc. He brought Stanley back in March, and threatened to revoke the Stay of Execution and told Stanley he must get a Stay from the Colorado Supreme Court, who was considering hearing the case, and when the Colorado Supreme Court issued a Stay of Execution, Judge Patterson did not lift his Stay of Execution, but made Stanley think he was going to. Stanley filed for his appeal bond money of $2,500.00 with Judge Patterson on May 29th, 2003, with an IN REM BOND CLAIM ON LAND VERIFIED CLAIM TO BOND and was turned down because the bond was supposedly securing the Stay of Execution Judge Patterson had originally agreed to. The Stay of Execution from Judge Patterson had never been lifted and Stanley did not need a Stay of Execution from the Colorado Supreme Court while on Appeal. When the Colorado Supreme Court refused to hear Stanley's Writ of Certiorari, and ended their Stay of Execution, Stanley filed an appeal to the Colorado Court of Appeals, because the Colorado Supreme Court refused to hear the case. Stanley filed the new appeal within 30 days of the Colorado Supreme Courts refusal, keeping his appeal efforts alive. Judge Patterson issued an order for Stanley to appear in his courtroom in Denver on June 26th, 2003, which Stanley answered with a Petition and Motion to Dismiss because Judge Patterson does not have jurisdiction over Stanley regarding this case until the appeal process is exhausted. Stanley has already said he will take the case to the Supreme Court of the Land if all his other appeals are exhausted. Stanley is awaiting decision on the Colorado Court of Appeals now. The Federal Court of Appeals would be his next step if this appeal is denied in Colorado... All of this time the Stay of Execution is bonded by the $2,500.00 paid in full bond by Stanley. Hold on now. Here comes Denver Judge Patterson, saying that Stanley's appeal is over because, Judge Patterson says it is. Judge Patterson says the Stay of Execution is over from the Colorado Supreme Court, because they won't hear the case. Judge Patterson says come back to my court so I can initiate your sentence. One problem: Stanley's case is on paid appeal at the Colorado Court of Appeals now. Doesn't matter to Judge Patterson, he will order the hearing knowing he doesn't have jurisdiction while on appeal, and he will ignore the fact that his original Stay of Execution is still in effect, bonded by the original bond of $2,500.00 paid by Stanley, and Judge Patterson also refused to release that same bond because it was securing the Stay of Execution he granted in the first place. Stanley doesn't go because he doesn't have to by the law, (their rules not Stanley's rules) and Judge Patterson ignores his own Colorado Rules of Law and enters a Bench Warrant for Stanley. Is this terrific or what? Stanley can't demonstrate with his sign anymore because he has a Bench Warrant out for his arrest, so no more embarrassing phone calls to the judiciary about Stanley's sign. Stanley can't wear his weapon everywhere around Denver as he has since March 18, 2003, demonstrating that it is not a danger to the public and in fact secures Stanley's rights and security, and if need be, could be used to defend Stanley's life or the life of another from a REAL criminal. Solves two dilemmas for the City of Denver and the judiciary being used to pummel the citizenry of Denver, not to mention Stanley. Judicial abuse? One other thing: Stanley refuses to be arrested for a bogus warrant and anymore bogus charges. Whoopee!!! Now the City of Denver can start harassing Stanley and his employees on their way to work with illegal stops, called investigations, even though the driver has done nothing to warrant being pulled over except be an employee of Stanley's Stanley Fastener and Shop Supply. Now we can plan a swat team arrest or killing of Stanley and it is all the fault of that wild eyed crazy gun toting militia guy, Rick Stanley. Stanley has never harmed anyone before. Never even pointed any of his weapons at anyone. Having a weapon has defused situations regarding Stanley being threatened before in his life with criminals carrying guns and knives and threatening Stanley with bodily harm. Just the fact that Stanley was armed in the past has defused many potentially life threatening situations against Stanley and his property. That is what a legal defensive weapon is for.

The Colorado Court of Appeals has a Petition and Motion to Vacate Lower Court Bench Warrant and Hearing since June 27, 2003, and yet, strangely, there is only silence from the Colorado Court of Appeals on the matter. They have 30 days to answer this matter and each day is a life threatening situation to Stanley from the Denver Police Department. Yesterday in Michigan, a police officer was killed while trying to illegally enter a man's home and serve a warrant for SUSPICIAN of SEXUAL ASSAULT, a felony warrant placed by a 16 year old girl. The man's home was burned down and they thought the man was in the fire caused by the police Helicopter and Tank which was assaulting the home along with the swat team. One officer was killed and yet the man who owned the home was not there at the time. He now has an APB out for his arrest. This is common police tactics. So is the drugging of an activist in San Diego yesterday by the police there. None of this gets covered by the media. Stanley's case has been totally ignored. They are just waiting for the coup de grace of the swat team entering Stanley's property which will set off a chain of events. The cities chain of events goes like this: Police swat team breaks down Stanley's door in the middle of the night and swat team enters armed to the teeth. Stanley defends himself from this illegal entry and defends himself from attack. Shots are fired, Stanley is killed. Another psycho gun toting crazy man is dead. Hooray for the police. Media writes that story and that is the way it is. Only problem with this is: It is all done fraudulently to begin with. What started all this? Stanley exercising, peacefully his right to openly keep and bear arms on the 210th Birthday of the Bill of Rights on December 15, 2002, and is arrested by 18 police officers and swat team members of the Denver Police Department. A man who actually has the audacity to exercise his Constitutional rights is arrested, and thus starts the road to destruction at the hands of thugs with guns in government.

The second scenario is the same except one thing: Stanley repels the invaders of his property because he is skilled with the use of weaponry and has the firepower to withstand the assault. Stanley calls out the Mutual Defense Pact Militia of the 2d American Revolution at this time and holds the aggressors at bay until hundreds of armed militia citizens of America arrive each day to defend their brother militia member. The stand off gets larger. More and more militia members and Patriots from across America heed the call. Hundreds turn into thousands. The city and the Governor get involved and the situation escalates. Thousands of angry armed Americans will know of the transgressions against Stanley. Colorado becomes a battleground.

All because a Colorado citizen by the name of Rick Stanley decided to exercise his God given, Constitutionally protected and guaranteed right to openly carry a gun on his hip in celebration of the 210th birthday of the Bill of Rights on December 15, 2002. What is going to happen? The Governor has been contacted with phone calls, e-mails and letters trying to get a pardon to end this entire fiasco that the judicial branch of the government refuses to address because it is politically charged and Denver is not happy. What is going to happen? The judiciary is ignoring this so they can be rid of Stanley and his accusations.

"The following Denver Police Department Inter-Department correspondence was made available to Rick Stanley. Why don't they have the story straight? Go to www.stanely2002.org for the truth. Mr. Stanley, contacted while on vacation, laughed off the letter, and said, "Yes I am armed. Always am. The only people I am dangerous to are those who would harm me or illegally try and arrest me with an unlawful and illegal warrant from a rogue judge by the name of Judge Robert Patterson of Denver. The Colorado Court of Appeals can correct this miscarriage of justice by vacating the unlawful and illegal bench warrant of Judge Robert Patterson, who along with his BAR buddies consider Stanley a threat to their corrupt money and power scam in Denver and Colorado. Letters to the Governor and the Colorado Court of Appeals would be helpful in exposing and ending this corrupt harassment of Rick Stanley. I am only dangerous to those who are a danger to Rick Stanley. Do I take this seriously? I have always taken the theft of my constitutional rights very seriously. We are living in a police state, directed by judges and politicians that are committing treasonous acts by not defending, but who are actually destroying the Constitutions they swore by oath to defend, when they accepted their current government paid positions. SUBJECT: Officer Safety Issue - Rick Stanley

On this date, Lieutenant Judy Will called to make the district aware of a person who is considered armed and dangerous and resides in the District Two area. The individual, Mr. Rick Stanley, is the owner of Stanley Fasteners and Shop Supply located at 6280 East 39th Ave. He also resides at that location.

Mr. Stanley was contacted by district Six officers while carrying a gun on his side in the area of 14th Ave. and Broadway. He was arrested and then ultimately un-arrested due to the new gun law. He has two previous weapon offenses and is currently on probation. He has a court hearing scheduled for 06-26-03. His probation officer, Ms. Candice Lopez, is anticipating that the judge will revoke his probation.

Coincidently, the FBI is actively working a case on Mr. Stanley. A C/I has stated that he has had conversations with Mr. Stanley in which he indicated that he was not going to go to his hearing. He further is reported to have said that he would shoot it out with the police if they try to arrest him. Mr. Stanley, according to the C/I, has become very paranoid and the business is not only fortified, but also possibly booby-trapped. There is possibly a large cache of weapons inside that location as well.

Officers should exercise extreme caution in regard to that location and that person. He should be considered armed at all times.
