Please send email's to the pollies (you will notice there are a few of them listed above) and show your discontent about the way,"our" tax dollars are being frivolously scattered around the world and "please explain", why? - as charity begins at home!

In 2010 -11 the Australian Government plans to spend almost $4.4 billion on development assistance .

In 2008 /09 the Australian community , (the people) contributed $812.19million to non-government organizations and if "our" government had been more frugal, this amount could have been better suited in, the pockets of those that made these donations!!!

And now Gillard will give $500,000,000.00 for Indonesia’s Islamic schools , which are largely moderate in outlook but there have been pockets of radicalism that have produced terrorists in Indonesia, most notably the cleric Abu Bakar Bashir’s school in Ngruki, central Java, where some of the Bali bombers studied.

SO…Ask your local member how come 2010 /2011 Queensland flood victims get a measly $1 million?

When insurers, such as Allianz and CGU, provide cover for storm damage but exclude flood damage, from their home and contents policies.

YES THIS IS A BLOODY INSULT TO THE AUSTRALIAN AND QUEENSLAND PEOPLE , WHO NEED ASSISTANCE FIRST AND FOREMOST, SO IT IS ABOUT TIME "OUR " GOVERMENT STARTED LOOKING AFTER THERE OWN BACK YARD !!!

PASS IT ON, WAKE UP AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!

It get's worse, when you add this to the list.

The Australian governments are bringing in red light speed cameras in most of these flood disaster areas, to raise funds to help pay for the above.
