 Commonwealth of Australia is now put on Notice regarding its violations of the rule of law and conspiracy to pervert justice, contrary to their oaths of office

To the Governor General, Prime Minister and the Attorney General (Commonwealth of Australia),

The Commonwealth of Australia is now put on notice regarding its violations of

1. local Australian laws, HREOCA1986 and RDA1975, inter alia;

2. international laws ICCPR and ICERD, enacted in the 2 local laws, inter alia;

3. perverting justice, contrary to the Crimes Act 1914, inter alia;

4. fabricating facts and evidence, contrary to the Crimes Act 1914, and the Evidence Act, interalia;

5. and perverting the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986 46PO.

This is what the Senate Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs chaired by Sen. Bartnett and Crossin are trying to protect, in the two

recent inquiries,

Inquiry into Australia’s Judicial System and the Role of Judges

Inquiry into Access to Justice

Judges who cannot confirm that they are validly appointed;

Judges who cannot recite their Oath of Office.

It's NO wonder that judicial decisions are an abuse of discretionary powers, and when used arbitrarily and capriciously, amounts to

NO discretion, lacking in jurisdiction and violates laws all the way to the supreme law, the Australian Constitution.

Middleton J has now reserved his decision on VID 91/2009, a case based on basic human rights of every Australian to proper

conduct and administration of law, of services and administration of law and services by Australian public servants.

Barnett and Crossin have now indicated that parliamentary inquiries are reserved for only certain types of people.

Cheers
