Imprisoning Without a Jury

Dear Fellow Freedom Fighters,
"NO JURIES - NO JUSTICE" are the words spoken to conclude a video made by the NSW Attorney-General's Department, about 20 years ago, to act as information to People who are summoned to Jury Duty.
How tragically removed those words are now, from the direction our Courts have taken.
The RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY, ie: that "PALLADIUM OF LIBERTY", that "BULWARK OF FREEDOM", the very ESSENCE OF JUSTICE, is no more.
But TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY !
What has happened to DEMOCRACY....to PEOPLE RULE ?
The RULE of the PEOPLE by the PEOPLE and for the PEOPLE has been systematically "subverted and extirpated" by the same "evil counsellors, judges and ministers" (as so described and condemned in the Bill of Rights 1688) that continually re-emerge from Satan's lair to triumph when good men do nothing (Edmund Burke).
This coming Tuesday, the 13th of January 2009, the BANKS (acting through the NSW POLICE) will imprison me without there being a TRIAL BY JURY. That will be, of course, even though I will demand one and follow the inevitable denial of such, by one of Australia's infamous Judiciary (compounding his Treason), when he/she disregards my Challenge to the Jurisdiction of the Court.
The BANKS are in complete tyrannical control of every element of Australia's Bureaucracy, ie: Parliaments, Courts, Sheriffs, Police, and other Statutory bodies/corporations.
The BANKS are the THIEVES the BIBLE tells us "ONLY COME TO STEAL, AND KILL AND DESTROY".
The BANKS won't allow the words of JESUS CHRIST that "AND YOU SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH WILL MAKE YOU FREE" be fulfilled.
Nor will the BANKS allow a statement by the late Thomas Denning to stand, when he said, "The purpose of a court in a civilized society is the vindication of men's rights and the enforcement of just causes.".
What is my "just cause"?
It is a "just cause" that will STOP the BANKS stealing and killing and destroying.
I simply want the truth that "variable means uncertain" to be recognized in an ordinary Court, ie; a Court of Record.
This truth, when applied to the Legal Maxim of "Variable interest rates render a contract void for uncertainty" (coined by a Registrar of the High Court of Australia when in discussion with me over my Summary of Argument, ie: part of a White Folder presentation) will FREE US from criminality of the BANK with their FRAUDULENT LOAN CONTRACTS.
However, Australian Judges won't allow that truth to go to a JURY. .
The BANKS have abolished "GOD AND MY RIGHT" and the RULE OF LAW from Australian Courts.
The BANKS use Australia's fraudulent, lying, corrupt, treasonous and foolish Judges to do their bidding...and that's what will happen in the HORNSBY LOCAL COURT on Tuesday, 13th January 2008 when the NSW POLICE FORCE have charged me with "Public Mischief" for reporting CONTRACT FRAUD and JUDICIAL CORRUPTION and for "Remaining on Inclosed Land" (ie: for being on my own property after one of Australia's fraudulent, lying, corrupt, treasonous and foolish Judges conducted a Kangaroo Court in the NSW Supreme Court, Sydney, to illegally award a "Writ of Possession" to the First Mortgage Company Home Loans Pty Ltd who operate BANK CONTRACT FRAUD).
There will be NO TRIAL BY JURY. There will only be another of Australia's fraudulent, lying, corrupt, treasonous and foolish Magistrates carrying out BANK POLICY.
To the BANKS and JUDGES, I am a flea to be crushed.
On Tuesday, I will be wearing a "TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY" T-shirt with a I GREEN RIBBON FOR JUSTICE pinned to it.
