City Government demands all keys to properties belonging to Cedar Falls [Iowa] residents.
Ordinance #2740( An unfunded city-wide mandate) was passed with a resounding 6 to 1 vote, and it allows for the citizens of Cedar Falls to forcefully give the government keys to their comercial properties through universal 'lock boxes'. The intent of the program is to provide increased safety and protection to personal, private property which include businesses, apartments and some rental houses-- which by the way-- comes at the expense of furthering wayward erosion of fundamental constitutional rights.
Ron: The justification for this gross intrusion upon people's privacy, quiet enjoyment of their homes and businesses, and associated rights is stated to be:
'I believe it is our right to protect the citizens the best we can, AND THAT'S ONE OF THE RULES OF GOVERNMENT.'
The answer to that was:
'Giving up our rights for YOUR idea of what's best protecting us, is unconstitutional.'
The Cedar Falls City Council spokesman's response was:
' That will be decided by a higher authority than you or I'
Do you begin to see the smoke and mirrors used here cobbers? The spokesman for the fictive corporate Cedar Falls City Council is saying: 'YOU have no rights other than those given to you by "higher authority"' by which is meant the fictive corporate entities known as State and Federal governments and their various judiciaries - which are all NON-LIVING, NON-EXISTANT fictional corporate entities created on paper only, by men who pretend that those DEAD ENTITIES have the power to dictate to sovereign human fragments of our Creator what their rights are and how they shall be allowed to live! When rightly understood such a fictional control matrix is ABSURD!. BUT, doing away with the enslavement entailed in such fictive governmental structures requires that each person in each community must assume responsibility for self governance and accept that s/he is "his/her neighbour's "keeper". In truth folks, you either USE IT OR LOSE IT! The choice is yours. To date Amerikans and most everybody else has chosen to lose it. The results are NOT PRETTY!
