NO BRAIN TRANSPLANT FOR ARIEL SHARON, (Rest In Agony)

I should be insulted for being ignored by this crowd. But they are clearly too high class to be associated with any "conspiracy writer." Well, here's what I wrote years before they issued their copycat murder plot...without any acknowledgement to me. Ingrates!

The First Stroke
Dec. 19 Prime Minister Sharon shares drinks with Shimon Peres in the Knesset. Within half an hour, Sharon is driven to hospital unconscious. It took him a day before he could even spell his own name.
He was brought into the hospital by his bodyguard, Yoram Rubin. As a good chunk of Israel knows today, it was the Peres-Rubin team that murdered Yitzhak Rabin. When Rubin was shown on television news accompanying Sharon's stretcher, suspicions spread throughout the country.
For two days, Sharon remained in hospital where he underwent intensive tests. We may ask, how did they miss the blood clot that struck Sharon barely two weeks later?
The timing of Sharon's latest stroke is uncanny. It occurred one day after he was implicated in an enormous scandal. For those unaware of the background to the scandal, peruse the following:
Recently, police have revealed the possibility that Kern served as a front man for Martin Schlaff, a known friend of Sharon's and an Austrian-Jewish businessman heavily invested in Israel, and that he was the man who stood behind the 'loan' in order to receive favors from the prime minister in the form of reopening the casino he owns in Jericho.
CHANNEL TEN REPORTING The police say they know of evidence linking PM Ariel Sharon to the receipt of a $3 million bribe. So reported Channel Ten tonight, causing a storm of reaction and calls for Sharon to resign.
CYRIL KERN & MARTIN SLEEP The investigation of the money trail to Sharon has been underway for over three years, and in fact was first publicized before the last national election, in 2003. The case is known as the Cyril Kern affair, named for the South African friend of Sharon who served as a conduit for the money. The source of the cash, however, has long been suspected to be Austrian millionaire and Jericho casino owner Martin Schlaf. The police say the money was used partially to help Sharon pay back campaign contributions that he had received illegally in 1999, and partly for the Sharon family's private use.
SCHLAF'S PARENTS LIVING IN ISRAEL Because of the suspicions hanging over him, Schlaf has refrained from visiting Israel of late. His brother James, however, came for a visit two weeks ago - and the police jumped at the opportunity. They raided his parents' home in Israel, and confiscated documents and two laptop computers. However, the police were not permitted to extricate the information on the computers without James' permission - which he refused to give.
SCHLAF'S BROTHER JAMES : SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR Schlaf's behavior aroused the suspicion of the police, which turned urgently to the courts and said that the computer files will show that the $3 million was in fact passed as a bribe to Ariel Sharon or his sons. The police therefore say that it is imperative for them to be allowed to enter the computers in order to extricate vital evidence in the Kern-Sharon affair.
END OF SHARON'S POLITICAL CAREER MK Roman Bronfman (Meretz): "If the police have evidence of Sharon's corruption, he must end his political career."
STROKE TWO
Dec. 21 - James Schlaff flies to Israel. He is immediately investigated by the police.
Jan. 3 - The police investigation is leaked to Channel 10 television reporter Baruch Kra.
Jan. 4 - Sharon is in the midst of a career-ending scandal until the late evening when
he is struck down by a life-threatening blood clot in his brain.
Tonight, in Vienna, some of the heroes of this affair, and of the next one, will meet at the huge bat-mitzvah celebration of Martin Schlaff's granddaughter. Dov Weisglass, Schlaff,s old friend and lawyer will be there. Haim Ramon, another close friend, will also attend. There will be many others. Some of them from amongst the political, social, and economic elite of Israel. Avigdor Lieberman, for example. No one is embarrassed by it. Some are even proud of it. In another time, another place, one could consider it collusion, coordinating testimonies. After all, Schlaff's name has recently been tied in to that other affair: 'the Cyril Kern affair'. Schlaff, in case you've forgotten, is one of the owners of the casino in Jericho.
A live Sharon will have to face prosecution for the Kern-Schlaff bribes, even in Israel's thoroughly corrupt legal system. A dead Sharon will not have to face prosecution. And that would be just fine for the creme de la creme of the country's political leadership.
The first impression is that Sharon survived the first attempt on his life. In reaction, James Schlaff immediately flew to Israel with evidence to bring the prime minister down in scandal. Somehow, the police were tipped off and immediately confiscated the evidence. Once the investigation was done, the results were leaked to the media. On the day of the second stroke, the scandal spread fast, threatening to engulf many of the country's political elite in deep corruption. By 11 PM, Sharon was bleeding heavily from the throat and his prognosis was a living or real death.

Finally I have an attorney on my side. His instructions are to pay my rent on time, just to prevent you from taking any action against me. BUT he insists that I have nothing to do with you. I can only inform you of two facts. By law, after my recent quintuple bypass plus valve replacement, I am disabled. Thus, I am protected from landlord abuse by the Americans With Disabilities Act. Read it well.
As almost an aside, I am also protected by the disabilities clause in your Fair Housing Act. If you ever read it, it was pointed out you did so selectively and wrongly.
I don't view you as stupid, just criminally negligent. Your "argument" that I'm merely sensitive to the "pitter-patter" of children's feet more than merely borders on idiotic. The neighbors you placed above me have no concept of neighborliness. They are hoodlums and you are supporting them against me.
I have reported my two seizures in two months to the proper authorities. Keep this in mind: If there is a fatal next seizure, you will be charged with Homicide Through Negligence.
I have been told not to even hint what steps have been taken this time around. If you don't take action on my behalf, you'll find out soon enough.

I am a disabled renter whose civil rights have been deeply compromised in the past two months. In the past two years I have undergone a quintuple bypass as well as a valve replacement. I am seriously disabled. Two months ago, my landlord moved in an incredibly misplaced and noisy family in the apartment above mine. I have suffered two seizures in two months and appeals to the landlord have brought nothing but irresponsible mockery. My legal guide assures me my disability assures me direct protection from the Americans With Disability Act, with further protection from the Fair Housing Act.
What I am receiving from my landlord is guaranteed to kill me. Please read the following explanation. It will fill in the blanks. Then do contact me:

I have been advised by an out-of-state attorney that I have a legal issue that is both logical and precedent-breaking. I ask you to decide.
What I need is a legal opinion which can make sense of what appears to be a minor lessor/lessee issue. In fact, under the surface, it is far more complicated than that. Allow me to summarize two basic points before I expand:
1) For the past eight years I have lived in a beach condo complex named Seaside Villas situated near the pier of St. Augustine. The complex consists of 2.5 room apartments which suits singles and doubles. Until October 2013 there were no families with young children who rented in the complex. Then, a new manager, Jan Spottswood, arrived, apparently without an understanding of the character of the complex under her care. She rented the apartment above me to a young couple with 2 active toddlers. I haven't had a moment of peace since then.
2) And peace means survival to me. In the past year and a half I have endured quintuple bypass surgery at Flagler Hospital. My recovery is endangered by my new neighbors. I have issued a complaint to the Florida Department Of Business And Professional Regulation. I was informed by them just yesterday that I can begin a legal procedure. I wrote:

Sir,
I live in a beach condo called Seaside Villas, a division of Pacifica SD Management, and have done so happily for eight years. This all changed a month ago when a new manager, Jan Spottswood, rented the apartment above me to a family of four, including 2 toddlers. The complex is entirely unsuited to young families and, in fact, there are none living here. Since that day, my home has been overwhelmed with constant noise, not the least of which, comes from the endless trampling on my ceiling from toddlers, to me incredibly, being raised in a cramped two bedroom "suite." In short, I now live below a noisy slum which, at certain times, has the volume of a disco.
I appealed to these newcomers to, at least, keep one room, my workspace, free of the volume...to no avail. With consideration for me, I would have overcome the ghastly circus above me. But such courtesy was not accorded me and I endure an endless conflagration from 6:30 AM until the wee hours. I underwent a quintuple bypass at Flagler Hospital less than two years ago and cannot, literally, withstand the stress I must now put up with. A week after these neighbors moved on top of me, I suffered a seizure from stress so bad I couldn't even remember my own phone number.
So I sought informal legal aid. I was informed that my lease, and in fact Florida law, grants me freedom from noise violations. It was explained that these violations are not based solely on decibels but on continuity. I live in a continuous racket against the terms of my lease. Ms. Spottswood has responded by rejecting my numerous requests for her to come to my apartment to hear what I am forced to suffer.
My tenant's rights are being trampled upon after eight years of living peacefully with my upstairs neighbors. My health is deteriorating from the stress of uncontrolled neighbors, permitted by the management of Seaside Villas, to wreck my longstanding tranquility. I have been advised to place my rent in escrot until this matter is resolved and if my health suffers, to let my landlords know, they are in large part to blame.
The answer is, if a family of toddlers must live in an uncongenial apartment, it can only be on the first floor. I request that this matter be dealt with as quickly as possible.
