Dear President Bush,

You took a sworn oath to uphold the written laws of the U.S. Constitution.

Article I, Section 9, Clause 7 states:

No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law;

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 states:

Congress shall have power to provide for calling forth the Militia to repel Invasions

Amendment 2 states:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be

Amendment 14 states:

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State

Amendment 2 taken in conjunction with Amendment 14 means that the United States must honor any person's, not just a U.S. citizen's right to bear arms.

Iraq is a sovereign country. Iraq has the right to defend themselves. Iraq did not invade the United States.

Therefore, what right do you have to authorize United States military aggression against Iraq?
