For months, intrigue has been swirling around Hillary Clinton and her associates.

Will someone be charged with a crime for her illegal email server?

Americans are finally receiving an answer, and it could be the beginning of the end for Hillary Clinton.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz sent a letter to the Department of Justice seeking criminal charges be brought against former State Department employee Bryan Pagliano.

Pagliano assisted Hillary Clinton in setting up her unsecured private email server and later was granted immunity by the FBI so he would answer questions during the investigation into her mishandling of classified intelligence.

The Associated Press reported:

“The Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee, who has refused Democratic requests to investigate possible conflicts of interest involving President Donald Trump, is seeking criminal charges against a former State Department employee who helped set up Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Thursday asking him to convene a grand jury or charge Bryan Pagliano, the computer specialist who helped establish Clinton’s server while she was Secretary of State.

Pagliano did not comply with two subpoenas ordering him to appear before the oversight panel. The GOP-led committee later voted to hold him in contempt of Congress.”

Pagliano also created a stir when he took the Fifth Amendment 125 times during a deposition.

He had previously exercised that right in private testimony to the Benghazi Select Committee.

That committee unearthed the private email server he helped set up, and hauled in Pagliano to help get to the bottom of the matter.

However, he exercised his Fifth Amendment rights rather than give testimony that could incriminate himself.

Politico reported:

“Tech specialist Bryan Pagliano asserted his constitutional right against self-incrimination “more than 125 times” during the testimony, Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in an interview.

In addition to refusing to answer questions based on the Fifth Amendment, Pagliano’s attorneys repeatedly stepped in to block answers to other queries they said went beyond the scope of topics allowed by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, Fitton said.

“On many of the key issues, he took the Fifth,” Fitton said. “He took the Fifth even on questions about his resume. They had a very narrow definition of what discovery was permitted,” the Judicial Watch official said.

Asked what questions Pagliano did answer, Fitton said he believed the tech aide acknowledged that he had read documents shown him by attorneys at the deposition.”

In September of 2016, the Oversight Committee voted to hold Pagliano in contempt of Congress when he refused to appear despite being under subpoena.

Now Chaffetz is seeking to hold him accountable.

Pagliano’s charges could also be the first domino to fall in the continuing investigation into Hillary Clinton.

Chaffetz has said the investigation is continuing, and many times prosecutors use charges against lower-level figures to compel testimony that builds a case against the true target.

Will this be the beginning of the end for Hillary Clinton?
