While serving as acting Director of National Intelligence, Richard Grenell did many things that were classified but now are being declassified. Some of these things will have a major impact in the future and some will have little to no impact in the future, regardless these are all now being brought to the public's attention. 1.) Russian Investigation
Grennell brought a lot of information about Russia's investigation into the public light. Grennell pushed a lot of information into public view, a lot of the things about the investigation into the Trump campaign would not be known if it were not for his good work here!

2.) Erasure of the Deep State
Grennell did a lot of work in terms of downsizing the deep state. He brought a hiring freeze to the deep state and ended a lot of vacant spots, this means that in the future there will be fewer opportunities for rogue operators to meddle in elections.

3.) Support for LGBT issues
Richard Grennell has used his position to push for support for the LGBT community in the international intelligence community. This includes the US policy to decriminalize homosexuality globally.

4.) Consolidation
Grennell did a lot to restructure the organization while he was acting DNI. He consolidated many groups that operated separately but were doing the same thing into cohesive units. Not only does this make them more effective it cleans out a lot of employees who are not needed!

5.) Abolish Jobs
Grennell destroyed a lot of the worthless positions that were under his control. These were mostly jobs that had been vacant for a while due to retirements or firings. For some added perspective many of these positions were so pointless not many realized that there were even vacancies.

6.) Transparency
The biggest accomplishment of Grennell is his crusade to declassify a lot of information within the DNI. This should discourage future attempts to disrupt the electoral process. These moves are better for the country!
