In the runup to the 2008 Presidential election the big question was 'Obama Who?' Obama author and investigator Andy Martin headed a team of investigators to Hawaii to find answers. The Nazi GOP was waiting with gate-keeping governor, attorney-general, judges, and bureaucrats. The main clue was the Jew Governor. A main tactic of the Nazis in control of the GOP is using and abusing Americans in particular prominant has been the use of Blacks and Jews as frontmen who get destroyed in the end. Alan Greenspan in his eighties was crushed. Condi, Clarence Thomas, Colin Powell, a hiring hall of Jews, and now 'Obama'. A side benefit of course is the anti-Black and anti-Jewish Nazi GOP can act as a home for Blacks and Jews. Vote for a Republican and you will regret the day for the rest of your life.
On 9/11 Bush set up a photo op at Black Booker Elementary School in Florida as his out of town 9/11 alibi and to exploit Black children and their teachers in order to pick up any Black votes that might later come their way. Curiously a Black woman sued Bush for rape but was found dead shortly after. Bush took the usual Situation Room crew and various sundry White House personel to Florida on 9/11 to clean witnesses out of the White House so the 9/11 orchestration was not seen. Sources said Bush I was there. Did he stand down America's Trillion dollar defense on 9/11?
We know the aircraft carrier George Washington with fighter jets was anchored off Long Island on 9/11 but never came to defend America. Russia viewed the aircraft that struck the Pentagon as it came off an aircraft carrier on their satellite. The miliary helicopter that 'just happened' to arrive in the 17 minutes window between the North Tower hit and the South Tower hit probably came off the aircraft carrier George Washington. That helicopter was captured in 35 videos. On arrival it immediately went into position over the North Tower smoke plume and waited for an oncoming Boeing 737 aircraft to guide into the South Tower.
9/11 was supposed to be a big magic show. Hit the North Tower with a 737 loaded with napalm bombs guided by a white jet immediately above it. Get a smoke plume (from preplaced crude oil barrels in the North Tower) over the South Tower to hide the helicopter. The South Tower 737 is guided to Manhattan Island by the white jet probably operating off the aircraft carrier for final military helicopter guidance into the South Tower. (The military helicopter waited 59 minutes and then set off preplaced explosives in the South Tower to bring it to the ground in demolition style. The demolition was so poorly done that the buildings were blown to Kingdow Come. Some large pieces of the tower were found 300 feet away.) Shots of the South Tower 737 undercarriage showed four napalm bombs attached which caused the enormous flamming clouds. The white jet was seen by witnesses in DC and Pennsylvania who described the features so well that it was identified as a Saab Jet the mainstay aircraft of the Swedish and Austrian air forces. Videas caught it making a flyby as the North Tower was demolished probably using a radio signal to set off the preplaced explosive charges there.
The white jet operating in DC brought a A3 Skywarrior into the vicinity of the Pentagon where a helicopter seen by witnesses and caught on videos awaited for the final guidance. The Nazi GOP claims a Flight 77 Boeing 757 went clean though 3 rings of the Pentagon but videos show the A3 Skywarrior hit the massive concrete front wall and fell to the ground. It wasn't a Magic show at the Pentagon but more of a disaster typical of the military. See Iraq War. The Pentagon had a special section of the wall set up to kind of catch the A3 like a fly hitting a spiders web and then collapsing on top of the A3 to hide its identity. Never happened until 30 minutes later and even then an engine and the fuselage from a A3 was prominant. Whereabouts of Flight 77 passengers are unknown but probably with the fishes.
In Pennsylvania witnesses said the aircraft that the Nazi GOP said came from West 'to hit the White House' (with Bush I there?) actually came from the East. Photos of the engine there indicate another A3 Skywarrior was blown to bits. Yep, the usual napalm bombs. Actual Flight 93 passengers are believed to have deplaned at the NASA Navy base in Ohio. 9/11 was the usual Nazi CIA operation with assistance from the US Navy and the Nazi GOP administration with the FBI and Congress providing the coverup. The US Navy is totally obsolete and should be dismantled saving America billions, trillions. Whenever a black op is needed to start a war the Navy is involved.
Around 15 videos captured one of the South Tower napalm bombs coming through the backside actually making a shadow on the wall before exploding in a 400 foot flaming cloud. Along with the napalm bomb an engine went throught the rear wall landing in the street. Military experts said it was a Boeing 737 engine. 15 photos of it are available. The Nazi GOP claims the plane that hit the South Tower was a Flight UA175 Boeing 767. Witnesses said the aircraft that hit the North Tower was a Boeing 737 also but the Nazi GOP claims a Flight AA11 Boeing 767. The main question people ask of 9/11 was what happened to the passengers? In the discovery phase of the Motley Rice lawsuit flight controllers came forward and said the NYC aircraft disappeared from the radar screen over the Atlantic Ocean. .
It is easy to tell if a journalist, writer, reporter, politician, website on the Internet or in the old print media is full of shit by their knocking down the truth of 9/11. 3000 Americans killed in vain. We sent our investigation of the faked Obama photos and forged Obama documents including forged 'Mr and Mrs. Barack Obama' birth announcements to an email list of 86 at the Honolulu Advertiser and not a single reply. That means we caught two lying Hawaii dailies with their pants down with forged birth announcements that they refuse to make good on.
A Hawaii website claimed the birth announcements were legit and even posted photos of them. We asked the website if they wrote that piece of crap and they said they did. Well, with the obvious forgery, are you going to change it? NEVER DONE, another HAWAII LIE. Their method was to claim they were Obama haters but, gee whiz, the birth announcements are real. They post a lot of good links but intersperse a bunch of Israel and Jewish links and claim Israel is running the US Government and even did 9/11. Interesting that the owner formerly (??) worked for NASA, the prime architect of 9/11. They have received all of our investigations on Obama and 9/11 and have posted none. Now we know why! They claim Flight 77 actually hit the Pentagon. One HAWAII LIE after another on that website.

Obama visits Hawaii for the first time in two years and claims to have spent a whole hour visiting his alleged grandmother, Madelyn Dunham. to promote the Obama-Dunham fairytale, a HAWAII LIE.
After the rally, Obama stopped for a private visit with his grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, at her Beretania Street apartment and spent more than an hour inside. Obama had told reporters earlier that his grandmother was "sharp as a tack" but struggling with osteoporosis that limits her mobility. "She is somebody who helped raise me, and she's the last person of the generation ahead of me who's still living, so it means a lot to me to spend time with her," he said.

"Hawaii Department of Health officials contacted the Obama campaign a few months ago in response to the persistent birth certificate inquiries to see if they could try and resolve the issue with the people who were asking questions," she said. "They responded and apparently it isn't good enough that he posted his birth certificate," Janice Okubo said. "They say they want it because they claim he is not a citizen of the United States. It's pretty ridiculous."When I contacted Ms. Okubo in July to request a copy of Mr. Obama's birth certificate, she refused to provide it, but she did NOT indicate that there is a publicly available birth certificate nor did she indicate that she could verify the certificate as reflecting the true one. She could have mentioned that she had given a birth certificate to the Obama campaign but she did not. She could have verified that the one posted is the same one she gave them, but she did not do that either.

Barack Obama is heading off the campaign trail to Hawaii to visit his ailing 85-year-old grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, spokesman Robert Gibbs said Monday night."Recently, his Grandmother has become ill, and in the last few weeks, her health has deteriorated to the point where her situation is very serious. It is for that reason that Senator Obama has decided to change his schedule on Thursday and Friday so that he can see her and spend some time with her. Michelle and the children are not going.

October 31,2008Hawaii State Health Director Chiyome Fukino issued a statement today certifying that Obama’s birth certificate is, in fact, genuine.
“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

Obama's Grandmother Dies of Cancer in Hawaii (Not osteoporosis!)
Sen. Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, died of ovarian cancer in 1995 at the age of 52, and his grandfather, Stanley Dunham, died in 1992.

Others (like journalist Andy Martin), we conclude, may inspect or copy a vital record when the Registrar is satisfied that the information contained therein is "necessary for the determination of personal or property rights." (The right for America to know if a Presidential candidate is natural born and a US citizen obviously is a personal right.)
The statute allows the department to provide a data index to be made available to the public in order to accommodate these requests for genealogical research. Index data consisting of name, age, and sex of the registrant and date, type, and file number of the vital event and such other data as the director may authorize may be made available to the public. (MISSING IN ACTION)
The original birth certificates of persons who were born out of wedlock, or who have been adopted, are sealed by the DOH and public access to such records must be by order of a court of record. (As 'Obama' is known to be the first Bastard President, actual access must be obtained by court order.)
Ruling on the Andy Martin lawsuit the Hawaii Supreme Court concurs:
It appears that the issuance by the Department of Health of a certified copy of a birth certificate to petitoner was not mandatory, but involved the exercise of discretion and judgment. Furthermore issurer has to be satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record. Where a lower court has discretion to act, mandamus from the Hawaii Supreme Court will not lie to interfere with or control the exercise of that discretion, even when the lower court judge has acted erroneously, unless the judge has exceeded his or her jurisdiction, has committed a flagrant and manifest abuse of discretion, or has refused to act on a subject properly before the court under circumstances in which it has a legal duty to act. The Honolulu Circuit Court performed out of wack when asked to provide access to a historical document, the vault birth certificate of 'Obama' alleged to be already posted at an Internet website. Martin voved to provide the court transcript but so far has held it back. The court said Martin didn't serve the parties of the suit correctly, a common error of a beginner and he had no standing. Martin denies it.
Just not bringing out that he was appointed by a party to the suit (Lingle) and thus conflicted was MIA but that trial went downhill from there. The lawsuit will be tried at the Hawaii Appellate Court in May after a long delay by the GOP attorney-general apparently attempting to prevent justice to prevail for America.

Lingle may be set up to be another victim of the Nazi GOP's abusing of Americans:But this past week on the mainland, Lingle told reporters Obama has never voted in Hawaii, nor has he owned a business here."Senator Obama likes to say he's from Hawaii. But, the truth is, I've never met him in my life. He's never called me on the phone. Ninety-five percent of the people in my state had never heard of him before he ran for president" said Lingle. The groups sued and in 2007, the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled, in a 5-0 decision, that the company did have to issue an environmental impact statement. But the company still hasn’t. And the Republican Governor – Linda Lingle – has sided with Lehman. “This protest was an extraordinary event. These are a bunch of surfers, people on a beach in Kauai – it wasn’t taken seriously enough. It was an amazing and inspiring action. And in our book, we have individual testimony from the protesters. Linda Lingle later went to Kauai to talk to the people there. She told them that if they protested again, she was going to invoke the terrorism laws. They would be subject to $5,000 fine and five years in jail.
Obama turned down public financing for 'Internet financing' supposedly from small donors whose sources didn't have to be recorded by law and thus nobody knows who financed 'Obama'. Looks like Nazi CIA financing from here though. As Lingle appears to be the Prime gatekeeper on the 'Obama' vault birth certificate and all of the unknown information on Who's Obama?, who financed her 2006 election?

Obama book author Andy Martin with a Juris Doctor degree but not a practicing Hawaii attorney sued the Hawaii Governor Lingle and the Hawaii Health Department in Honolulu Circuit Court to obtain the historical birth certificate of 'Obama'. As Obama has posted a birth certificate on the Internet Andy Martin wants the real thing to verify it. His court action was a Declaratory Judgment in which the judge is to rule ONLY on the statute meaning and to provide access to the vault birth certificate as a remedy.
However, the judge had a conflict of interest being appointed by the Governor, a party to the suit. He should have recused himself and had a neutral judge appointed. Neither the Governor, Attorney-General, or the judge mentioned the biased appointment or suggested recusal of the conflicted judge.
The appellate action was held up by the Attorney-General for a long time but now is set for briefs in May. All of the appellate judges have also been appointed by Lingle!
Martin complainted that American patriot Phil Berg supported a 9/11 investigation:
Mr. Berg has previously claimed that the U.S. Government blew up the World Trade Center, again without shred of evidence to support his nonsense.
With the selection of the first pair of unnatural born Presidential candidates ('Obama' is believed to be another illegal alien!), the Nazi Grand Oil Party put up an old man who finished near the bottom of his navel academy class tight with Bush II. Bush I is believed to be age 93 so best to hurry things along.
This morning on Fox News Sunday, host Chris Wallace asked former President George H.W. Bush about the possibility of his son, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, running for Senate. The former president expressed his hope that Jeb would run and then told Wallace that he'd ultimately like to see Jeb elected president:BUSH I: I'd like to see him run, I'd like to see him be president someday, or maybe senator, whatever.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush will not run for the open Senate seat of Sen. Mel Martinez, he announced in a statement released moments ago."After thoughtful consideration, I have decided not to run for the United States Senate in 2010," said Bush.
The only way that another Bush will get into the White House is to have another Clinton fiasco. Clinton made Bush I and actor Reagan look good. Clinton's scandals and mismanagement of the economy brought in Bush II.

Bush manipulated Crude Oil prices to wreck the economy and so does Obama.
Bush II ordered the sulfur content of gasoline and other fuels reduced far below what was needed to boost the Gulf of Mexico crude oil importance as its low sulfur content was cheap to refine. The Texas market sets the crude oil price even though it is a minor oil market and EASY TO MANIPULATE. Bush ordered millions of BARRELS of prime low sulfur crude oil placed into the OIL RESERVE in order to control the Texas market price. Congress asked him nicely to cut it out. HE REFUSED. Then Congress passed a law demanding he stop.
WASHINGTON — Congress voted overwhelmingly Tuesday (May 13, 2008) to challenge President Bush to halt the daily shipment of thousands of barrels of oil into the government's emergency reserve. Bush has steadfastly refused to halt shipments of about 70,000 barrel barrels of oil a day into the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, a system of salt caverns on the Gulf coast. The reserve holds 701 million barrels and is at 97 percent of capacity.
Bush said he couldn't stop as the DOE had signed contracts that had to be fulfilled. The original 1975 law gave the President sole authority over oil reserve filling. That was back when President Ford was an natural born citizen! The reserve has been used only ONCE. That was during the 1991 Gulf War that Bush I lied to set up telling Saddam Hussain that the US wouldn't do anything if Iraq forces moved into Kuwait to stop their stealing of Iraq natural resources of crude oil.
