Note: In spite of the obvious effectiveness of this vital program, the Obama administration just dropped funding of a second ABL aircraft, in its fiscal 2010 defense budget.  They make a big deal of cutting a few billion $$ here and there, meanwhile not giving a second thought towards giving away trillions of $$ to failing banks.

 

Bottom line: The Barack Hussein Obama administration has little or no interest in effectively defending the USA and her allies from a ballistic missile attack, or otherwise planning for America holding her own in the inevitable international bullying contest that's coming over the horizon.
