The Pundits Outline the Gang That Has Run the USA for 40 Years

Duly elected and approved by the US public, the high officials undertook policies to conquer the Red Menace and to establish the US Empire in Asia. When times were good, nobody minded much that we headed in the direction of dictatorship.

Making a laundry list of societal and governmental ills and misdeeds is a good start, but the real task at hand is how to take back the country.

Ethically and morally the nation has been going downhill since we ceased being a Republic in 1950.  [When school children pledge allegiance, do they understand the words "to the Republic for which it stands" as spoken?]

Our citizens embody this decline in every way. Through corrupted educational, governmental and media institutions they have swallowed every bad idea from history.

Have you actually listened to our elected and appointed leaders lately? They are moral ciphers who consider us childish morons.

The Pundits Ignore Nuclear Proliferation Threats

President Obama showed real courage in his willingness to negotiate with Iran. He is giving the Iranians a real chance to back down from their aggressive nuclear stance.

The Clinton and Bush Administrations had given in to Pakistan's pressure to have a nuclear arsenal. [We all know the disaster that promises to be.]

Turkey and Saudi Arabia have asserted. If Ahmadlnejad has a bomb, they want nukes to counter Iran's threats to the region. Additionally, four other nations [including Egypt] may join the nuclear club.

Instead of discussing the potential nightmare of ten nuclear powers in the volatile Middle East, the pundits take cheap shots at the President and his Jewish advisor.

President Obama knows the situation in the Middle East. It's a pity that so few of his countrymen can grasp real politics.

Sibel Edmonds warned us of the unholy alliance of the US, Turkey, and Israel seven years ago. She documented the sale of US nuclear secrets, drug trafficking, money laundering and domestic spying. The US gagged her. [Watch her courageous documentary "Kill the Messenger" on Google.]

Malthus, Marx and Hedges Underestimate Capitalism

Malthus, Marx and Hedges underestimate the productivity of the capitalist system. Centuries ago men thought that population growth would overcome limited resources. Marx believed the impoverished working class would overthrow the Robber Barons.

It never happened. If we adopt green technologies now and in the future, it won't happen.

America Should Tend to Her Own Knitting

The US should not lecture the world on labor policy. During the past 30 years she has destroyed the organized labor movement. With no one left to negotiate for them, the wages of workers have remained flat. Millions of wives had to join the labor force just to make do. Maxed out on credit, the middle class sinks with the economy.

The USA is the great polluter of the world. Dunning other nations to consider environmental measures is akin to Senator McCain urging everyone to eliminate torture.

The Asian 'Tiger' economies depended on the USA for export-led growth. That has evaporated. To recover Asia must develop her domestic markets. Xenophobic US trade policies don't help anyone.

Author's Bio: Born a month before Pearl Harbor, I attended world events from an early age. My first words included Mussolini, Patton, Sahara and Patton. At age three I was a regular listener to Lowell Thomas. My mom was an industrial nurse a member of the AFL/CIO. My dad was a painting contractor. We shopped at the Working Man's Store. Dad's reading matter was the Old Mole the house organ of the Socialist Workers Party. I played the saxophone and became a young fan of Charlie Parker, Lester Young and Duke Ellington. Naturally, I gravitated to the Civil Rights movement. After college to avoid the draft, I joined the US Army Reserve. Alas, this came to crowd control, which was a euphemism for busting radical potheads. When I ducked out of this duty, my commander bundled me off to a unit doomed to go to Vietnam. Ironically, my old unit went to Vietnam and the new one stayed home. I studied economics in graduate school where I watched America go mad with war. Afterwards, I joined the rat race for a decade. When Ronnie Reagan became President, I took up residence in Israel. The 11 books listed below describe my adventures in Israel. The articles reflect additional thoughts that expand on the author's ten volumes Genesis Begins the Millennia. The work begins in 1995 with a fictional account of ordinary Israelis absorbed with everyday events. There are extraordinary happenings the characters gradually recognize as portents of the Messianic Age. Volumes four and five show why the Messiah decided to delay His arrival. Volumes six through ten [Tradebombers] begin six weeks before the 9/11 World Trade Center tragedy. Again, the characters portray ordinary citizen reaction to extraordinary events.
