Hi, Folks -

For background information, see the topmost post in the thread listing you\'ll find at the bottom of this post.

E-mail from the Trustee:

Hobie,

The attached PDF document was sent under subpoena to John Potter, Postmaster General & CEO of the USPS. A default judgment was issued certifying the stipulations [agreements] of the Parties to the entire document including over 100 pages of exhibits that were annexed thereto. Notice that the charges are brought by a sovereign man in his organic capacity, [not corporate], against the Postmaster General in his organic capacity. The Universal Postal Union, under whose jurisdiction both the organic and the corporate U.S. Postal System operate, have been brought in to ensure delivery of our remedy. Remember, this is all about contracts and corporations and the organic real parties in interest who are responsible for their creations. This is a contract dispute between postal zones under the jurisdiction of the UPU and I have the Declaratory Judgment certifying the facts.

If the Federal Reserve refused to discharge the debt of the American people in this matter then they would be subject to immediate liquidation. The postmaster general [organic] and the UPU could initiate the liquidation of their own creation(s) and have a mandatory obligation to do so in a timely manner as they can be held liable for any/all damage, loss and/or injury suffered by their delay.

It is important to understand that the Universal Postal Union and the organic post office of the united states, the republic, are both solvent entities, i.e. they are not operating in bankruptcy. They have real assets, and their failure to provide remedy for the American people would constitute a claim against and attachment of all equity claims in their name and/or in their control and would constitute an international incident and an act of war giving rise to war crimes charges against all parties in their organic capacities.

Blessings, Trustee
