I was reading an article on www.luisprada.com, about the USA being a Delaware corporation and about how our "strawman" interacts with it and found a referance to the signatory line on checks. If this line is blown up you can clearly see it is not a line but a series of words. Those words are "Authorized Signature". We are authorizing our "strawman" to interact with the "Corporation" under (UCC) commercial code.
