Hi Steve: Sorry for the tardy reply, I had to confirm some facts.
HJR 192, passed into law on June 5, 1933, suspended the Gold Standard, which has never been re-instated.
Congressman Louis T. McFadden, aware of what was coming down, on May 23, 1933, brought formal charges against the Federal Reserve Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller of Currency and the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, for Criminal acts. The Petition was, thereafter, referred to the Judciary Committee, and has YET to be acted upon! Sound familiar?
Since June 5, 1933, Common Law was suspended (because Common Law is based on substance, i.e; silver and gold) and we have been operating under Maritime Law ('color of law', or the Law of Pirates) ever since, accompanied by FRN's (colorable money). The system of law goes hand in hand with the system of 'money' that is forced upon is. This charade will continue until such time as the Fedral Reserve is removed from the Planet.
In view of this, the BIG question arises...is every Statutory law passed since June 5, 1933 valid?
The answer is a resounding NO! These so-called 'laws' are mere Public Policy, and have no LAWFUL force and effect. The fraudulent Jewdical system has supported this gigantic, fictional illusion for 75 years, which gives a whole new meaning to the infamous, nefarious Banker/BAR monopoly. The fraudulent 14th Amendment brings everyone under the 14th Amendment Public Trust via the Birth Certificate Registration (held by the U.S. Department of Commerce) without their knowledge or consent, which is then administered by this phony, De Facto Public Policy. For these reasons, I formally denounced my 14th Amendment Citizenship Status 19 years ago.

Do any of you know about April 4 th being a 75 anniversery of restoring the Republic,expiration of debt, HJR 192 , The federal union expiration, Federal Reserve policyor power to operate, or reinstating something that was suspended? I've heard rumors thatApril 4 th was the end of suspension ( Of, I do not know what ) .
