I would like to know if a bank can reverse a paid off credit card debt. (they said the account that paid off the debt was marked with a red flag, fraud.) They did not do this untill five days after the 24 hours waiting time to re borrow on the card. I re borrowed on the card, and now I am in hot H2o. I was caught up in a Lotto scam by a ring of jamica scamers. By contract law I dont believe that the Bank can do this to me. I need some one that knows the constitional law in reference to this situation.
