This is one congressman I can't stand but............On this video he tells the truth, however it'seven worse than he states here. Many of you remember that for two years I've been telling you that every mortgage is a fraud.  Now the chickens are coming home to roost.

The congressman reports many reasons which are valid but there are many others.

First............ your so called mortgage has only ONE signature, yours, the bank never signs them. Unilateral, unconscionable contract ...........fraud.

Second.......... The so called loan they gave you was FUNDED BY YOU bank makes a DEPOSIT of your signed note as an asset and loans you your own money at interest. It was NOT their money they loaned.

Third............. The so called mortgage they fraudulently saddled you with has a maturity date of MORE than NINE Months. That converts it to a SECURITY not a mortgage but they do it so they can sell and resell the paper. Can you see fraud here ??

 
Your house was paid for the day you signed the note. The Title Companies just took it and recorded it making us liable for a fraudulent transaction. If we had just taken the paperwork and registered it at our state capital with the securities and exchange the house would be ours. We cheated NO ONE !
 
In this country the signature on a note is the money Period!  If anyone wants documentation I'd be glad to provide it.  Just wanted you to have this because starting today you'll see much on TV News about it.
It's good to have some information.
