You asked how Wall Street bankers receive such lavish salaries? Its easy. They steal it.
The ANNUAL REPORT (1) of the Federal Reserve system that is submitted to Congress is audited by prestigious accounting firms but the audit procedure is dictated by the Board of Governors. The audit /REPORT does not included any information as to the receipts and disbursement of the $8.5 trillion from the auctions of Treasury securities that are handled exclusively by the FRBNY. It is these accounts that hide a trillion dollars annually for the
unidentified owners of the BOG. (2) The funds are co-mingled with payments sent to the Primary Dealers for the redeeming of maturing Treasury securities. These accounts have never been audited.
The net profit of the Fed belongs to the government by law. (3) Hiding money that is due the government is a crime. The annual funds involved amount to $4000 for every man, woman, and child in the United States.
These bankers are the cause of economic chaos in Europe and they now control the finances of those major countries--including Greece and Cyprus. (4) They have also devastated the third world and they further control the $17
trillion debt of the United States.You think they will not come knocking?
Title 31 section 714 (5) restrict certain audits of the Fed but audit of these accounts is not prohibited. Nobody knows why Congress does not demand an audit of the Ponzi scheme. If Congress does not act, it is not a matter of IF the economy will go bust; it is a question of WHEN. The bankers will demand taxpayers must guarantee payment of their estimated $800 trillion in derivatives to avoid bankruptcy in addition to receiving the profit from the auctions.
And you are a taxpayer. What are you going to do about it?
