UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that that U.S. Treasury Secretary-designate Jack Lew has turned over evidence to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts that proves that in the year 2006, year 2000 illegal White House occupant George W. BushFRAUD and former Clinton U.S. Treasury Secretary and then Citibank CEO Robert Rubin, along with Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate don daddy Bush aka George Herbert Walker Bush, and then DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff conspired to stop implementation of the Wanta-Reagan-Mitterrand Protocols (ordered by the late President Ronald Wilson Reagan) that would have forestalled the massive financial collapse that took place in 2008.

Lew was ready to implement the transfer of funds until treasonous Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff used the UN-Constitutional Patriot Act to stop the transfer of funds that would have returned $1.5 TRILLION back to the U.S. Treasury and $4.5 TRILLION back to the world economy.
