TAX POLICE COMING TO TAMPA, FLORIDA

I am a resident of Tampa Florida and I am very concerned about the proposal to give Tampa police access to IRS records. This of course is being promoted as going after criminals and therefore protecting the safety of the public etc etc, and it is being sponsored by Bill Nelson, our wonderful senator. Congress made it a crime in 1976 for the IRS to share information with local police, and that is the way it should stay!! Bill Nelson want to change that law.

Please send a comment to Bill Nelson to tell him we do not want our IRS data to be shared with local police, in any case!!

Since we all know that the IRS is the debt collector for the IMF , this will increase the number of people that are put into debtors prison. Even though they claim that this will be only for "Law Enforcement Purposes" we all know that once the local police have access to IRS records, the sky is the limit for abuse of this process. This is probably being rolled out simply to go after tax protestors.

This must be one of the ultimate goals of tyranny which is to have local law enforcement perform the dirty work for the IRS debt collectors. Tampa is listed as the "Pilot" location, which means that they want to roll this out nationwide after the pilot.

What we really need in this country is for a critical mass of people to file their income taxes as the strawman (agent in commerce), instead of allowing the tyrants to tax us to death. There is no law that applies to the free will living man or woman. All the laws and statues only apply to the strawman.

Here is the notice that should be taped to the income section of the 1040 tax form:

Notice: The free will living man commonly called

John of the Doe family, the undisclosed principal,

is not subject to government legislation, is not a

'fiction/person', and thus, is not a 'taxpayer.

The free will living man is not attached as an accessory

to State property, and he or she only uses the State

owned legal identity name under private necessity as

his/her agent in commerce and trustee in trust to

sustain and maintain his/her life.

Therefore, any remuneration for mental or physical labor,

or from risk, for the free will man commonly called John of the Doe family and collected, and/or held in

trust in any form of asset value by JOHN DOE, the

agent in commerce and trustee in trust for that principal

and beneficiary, is under claim of right in equity by

the undisclosed principal and beneficiary, and is contractual

exchange of property, and, as such, is not income for

JOHN DOE.

The W2 enclosed is for reference to the withheld

wages belonging to and collected for the undisclosed principal

by the agent, and is otherwise in error in referring to

JOHN DOE as an employee, or having an employee status

with an employer or any other contracting party.

JOHN DOE receives, as agent in commerce under

private contract of agency with the principal, an annual

fee of $5800.00 for services.

Most people are too afraid of the IRS in order to file their taxes with this process. However, I beleive that more and more people are very close to standing their ground against tyranny and this is one of the best ways to fight the system in my opinion.

Stand up and fight, cause friction to the system while we still can.
