THE AUTHORITY OF THE LAW

Normally $11.00

Throughout history all laws enacted, from the laws of God to edits of kings and councils, have been prefaced by an enacting clause, which is necessary to give a law its authority, identity and validity.

Weisman Publication Special

Most "law" today exists by way of various codes or revised statutes, which fail to use this required enacting authority. This makes these statutory works invalid, and they thus have no force and effect as law.

Due to this all criminal prosecutions, both State and Federal, are groundless, and courts are without subject matter jurisdiction to render judgment. Here is legal proof that the U.S. Code and State Codes or Revised Statutes are not law, and that they are not binding upon citizens.
