7/13 Article- STOP YOUR 4CLOSURE
While the info presented is valuable as to the real truth, it is not something that can be presnted in today\'s court because thse r no longer courts of law, only color, but rather judges who play God and were bought and paid for many years ago.
I presented my case 3 different times between 2004-2005 before the court against Washing Mutual for attaching an additional payment to my up-to-date account as a very strategic way to call my loan due or proceed with foreclosing on my home. I had over $120K in EQUITY.
Each time before the judge in the court hearing I requested the original loan documents be presented by WAMU or require WAMU to permanently halt the 4 closure proceedings. The judge said that was a MOOT POINT and not the issue for the court, but rather whether WAMU had reason to foreclose.
August 29, 2005, my home was sold at auction and bought by an attorney intimately tied to the trustee, WAMU and a company that was secretly buying these homes post-auction for a huge discount and the deed was discreetly recorded in to an LLC holding company, virtually untraceable.
FRAUD has and is occuring every day in the mortgage industry and until America wakes up and begins to take a stand for their God-given rights, only the same will continue as the status-quo.
