MEMO -- not a warning -- you already had that and ignored it -- this is just news of the grid attack you needed to avoid.
81 Tornadoes knocking out power throughout the mid-west! And it happens on the 18th of November, the day of the scheduled GridEx drill, in which China is participating.
A fast-moving storm system that produced at least one tornado in Illinois threatened some 53 million people across 10 Midwestern states on Sunday, U.S. weather officials said. "A confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado" was spotted near Washington, Illinois, located about 145 miles (233 kilometers) southwest of Chicago, the National Weather Service said, noting that the twister was moving northeast at about 55 miles per hour.
The risk is that so many regional shortages will cause a larger grid crises today or tomorrow.

This disproves at least one3 theory -- you're theory that by ignoring the people who know what is being done to us, you will not make the "powers that be" so they will leave you alone. I doubt you remember talk of GridEx testing coming on the 18th. It was your job to pass the warning when you got it from credible sources. You needed to get the nation mobilized to show the enemy that we know what they are doing, that we are unified in holding thems responsible, that we as a people would stop being servants to organized crime that has gotten control of governments and is attempting to destroy organized societies so they can rule with absolute power unrestrained by any morality or law based on justice. The first blackout was in your character and sense of responsibility for what happens to this country.
Tornadoes are easy to control with technology's way beyond the weaponized warfare of the 90's.
