DUTCHSINCE: MICROWAVE 'BEAM' INTO WEST PACIFIC, NEW ROATAION DEVELOPS AS RESULT [TYPHOON HAIYAN]

On November 8, 2013 — a microwave ‘beam’ anomaly appeared in the West Pacific. This beam, unlike previous large microwave pulses seen elsewhere, has an defined origin point, and end point.
The end point of the ‘beam’ is now developing into a large system, possibilities exist of this rotation becoming a tropical storm, or greater.
