One little known or publicized fact about September 11, 2001 is the presence of Hurricane Erin off the coast of New York during the 'Terrorist Attack on The World Trade Center'.

Erin quickly intensified and reached peak winds of 120 mph (195 km/h) later on September 9.

Vortical Swirls in Hurricane Eye Clouds

Mature hurricanes often have low-level stratus or stratocumulus cloud decks below the inversion level in their eyes, and it is not uncommon to find various vortical, or “swirling,” shapes embedded in these cloud decks. An example of this phenomenon in Atlantic Hurricane Erin at 1515 UTC 11 September 2001 is shown in Fig. 1 . At that time, the low clouds in the eye of Erin appeared as convoluted cloud streets that form an “oxbow” northeast of the storm center and an elliptical swirl west of center. Regions between the cloud streets were relatively devoid of clouds. Also visible at that time [1115 eastern daylight time (EDT)] was a smoke and dust plume being affected southward from the collapsed World Trade Center buildings near the southern tip of Manhattan, New York. The south tower of the World Trade Center collapsed at 1405 UTC (1005 EDT), and the north tower collapsed at 1428 UTC (1028 EDT), 47 min before the time of Fig. 1 . In this case, the presence of Hurricane Erin may have been beneficial, because Erin's surface flow contributed to the northerly winds that carried smoke and dust away from a highly populated area.

Hurricane Erin on 9/11/01

Dr. Judy Wood, a former Professor of Mechanical Engineering, has posted a new study which highlights the possible links between events on 9/11 and the occurrence in the Atlantic ocean of Hurricane Erin.

The development of Erin is considered, and a comparison made to Hurricane Katrina, for the reason that Katrina and Erin were of comparable size (Erin was bigger, by most measures). It is noted that the media reported very little about the potential risk Erin posed around the time of 9/11, compared to what was reported regarding Katrina – even before Katrina made landfall.

A later part of the study examines some of the data relating to patterns of earthquakes in 2008 and possibly associated unusual weather patterns, which may be related to secret or partially disclosed environmental modification technology (such as HAARP). However, the study does not establish any clear links between HAARP and the events in New York on 9/11.

The development of  “super cell” storms is examined and a comparison of their structure to that of a Tesla Coil (used to create high voltage electrical discharges) is considered. The possibility is suggested that the electrical properties of large storm systems may have some similarities to those of Tesla coils and that there is a possibility that technology exists to utilize or manipulate the energy in these storm systems for “secondary” purposes.

One of the most striking pieces of the data presented is that from a set of magnetometers monitored by the University of Alaska. Several instruments show significant deviations from “background” or “normal” readings as the events of 9/11 were unfolding. Unwinding the Cosmos

For example, a hurricane spirals due to the difference in density/temperature in our atmosphere. As air currents gather large quantities of water into clouds, the atmosphere at the center of the hurricane becomes denser than the surrounding air, thus creating pressure and causing the formation of a spinning vortex. Our Milky Way galaxy does the same thing, but instead of a dense atmosphere it spins towards dense plasma gases that puncture a black hole at its center. It is this increasing density differential and corresponding torque that causes both a hurricane and our galaxy to spiral like water down a drain.

Now, as hurricanes and galaxies rotate they form arms that spiral inward. This is due to the "Coriolis Effect" which creates two rotating toruses (or donuts) of material spinning in opposite directions one on top of the other. As they spin, their circular outer surface also rotates over and into the donut hole causing anything on the surface of each donut to appear to spiral continuously inward like a vortex.
