A dire report prepared by Russia’s Agricultural Ministry for Prime Minister Putin is warning that the historic drought our Earth is currently experiencing has overtaken two-thirds of our entire World’s total agricultural output and risks plunging humanity into “catastrophic conditions” as Nations begin preparing to fight each other in order to feed their starving populations.

From a relative abundance of crops available during the 2006 growing season, in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, to the current drought conditions being reported in 2009 [see maps, top left], this grim report states that by no later than October of this year our Earth will no longer be producing enough food to feed its entire population.

To how apocalyptic this grave situation has become this report notes that: the World’s largest populated country of China is experiencing its worst drought in 60-years; the World’s second largest populated country of India is facing a crippling drought after the failure of their 2009 monsoon season; the World’s third largest populated country of the United States is experiencing its worst drought in modern history in its vital crop growing State of California, while its State of Texas has drought condition so severe that its farmers are said to be ‘wishing for a hurricane’ to strike them.

This historic Global drought has also plunged the critical agricultural Nation of Australia into its worst drought in 117 years, as well as the important agricultural South American Nation of Argentina into drought conditions so catastrophic that their farmers are facing total ruin.

The Middle East and Central Asia are, also, reporting the worst droughts they have experienced in modern history and the drought conditions have become so grave in Africa that scientists are now warning that the entire Continent is “trapped in a mega-drought cycle”.

So dangerous has this situation become that Canada's National Farmers Union (NFU) has issued a dire warning that our World’s grain stocks have plunged to their lowest level in 30 years due to the fact that in five of the last six years the Global population ate significantly more grains than farmers were able to produce.

In the United States meanwhile, and of no great surprise, their government and propaganda media are refusing to allow their citizens to know of this grave Global danger and have, instead, embarked upon a totalitarian scheme to steal from their citizens the right to water [see our May 8^th report: Chilling New Law Gives US Government Ownership Of All Water In Nation] and food, and all without these peoples even being aware of what is happening to them.

Note: So totalitarian has the United States become that their federal government has even criminalized their citizens for selling second-hand goods, and as we can read as reported by the McClatchy News Service:

“If you're planning a garage sale or organizing a church bazaar, you'd best beware: You could be breaking a new federal law. As part of a campaign called Resale Roundup, the federal government is cracking down on the secondhand sales of dangerous and defective products.

The crackdown affects sellers ranging from major thrift-store operators such as Goodwill and the Salvation Army to everyday Americans cleaning out their attics for yard sales, church bazaars or — increasingly — digital hawking on eBay, Craigslist and other Web sites.”

Even worse, during a time of such crisis where we no longer have the ability to feed our World’s human beings, the United States is preparing to make this already catastrophic situation even worse, and as we can read as reported by the USA Today News Service:

“New forests would spread across the American landscape, replacing both pasture and farm fields, under a congressional plan to confront climate change, an Environmental Protection Agency analysis shows.

About 18 million acres of new trees — roughly the size of West Virginia — would be planted by 2020, according to an EPA analysis of a climate bill passed by the House of Representatives in June.

That's because the House bill gives financial incentives to farmers and ranchers to plant trees, which suck in large amounts of the key global-warming gas: carbon dioxide.”

But to truly see how far these once great Americans have fallen and are not able to either hear, or prepare, for such warnings as these, one only need look at Communist China, where parents by the thousands took to the streets this past week to protest the poisoning of their children by lead smelters.  In the United States, meanwhile, this Wednesday past they began inoculating thousands of their children with an experimental swine flu vaccine, and leaving one to wonder what kind of permission these innocents could possibly have given to become guinea pigs for their ‘fearless’ War Leaders ‘plans’ to ‘reduce’ their population.

So as our World plunges into they abyss of mass starvation, these witless Americans should, perhaps, REALLY start listening to what their ‘leaders’ have said is their ‘new vision’ for the United States…such as President Obama’s Science Czar, John P. Holdren, who has said:

“Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society.

It would even be possible to require pregnant single women to marry or have abortions, perhaps as an alternative to placement for adoption, depending on the society.

Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.”

And for added thought, here’s this bit of information coming from the West these days:

“All across the Western world, the sperm count of men are falling faster than stock markets. It has gone from 60 million a pop to 20 million a pop. In the days of our fathers, when men were men, sperms used to come out over 120 million a pop. The drop in sperm count is so bad now that fertility clinics are swamped-men donating sperms are crushing those testing to see what their sperm counts are.”

But to the truly monstrous plans of these Westerners against our World, one need only read the words of the famous British evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins, one of supporters of the “Scientists for Obama” and author of the “God Delusion” who said:

“The spectre of Hitler has led some scientists to stray from "ought" to "is" and deny that breeding for human qualities is even possible. But if you can breed cattle for milk yield, horses for running speed, and dogs for herding skill, why on Earth should it be impossible to breed humans for mathematical, musical or athletic ability? Objections such as "these are not one-dimensional abilities" apply equally to cows, horses and dogs and never stopped anybody in practice.

I wonder whether, some 60 years after Hitler's death, we might at least venture to ask what the moral difference is between breeding for musical ability and forcing a child to take music lessons. Or why it is acceptable to train fast runners and high jumpers but not to breed them. I can think of some answers, and they are good ones, which would probably end up persuading me. But hasn't the time come when we should stop being frightened even to put the question?"

So, even with Hitler and his co-demons vanquished from this Earth, his ‘followers’… leading the West today into starvation, economic ruin and mass death… learned very well the advice that their ‘secret god’ left to them on to get it right this second time around…“Demoralize the enemy from within by surprise, terror, sabotage, assassination. This is the war of the future.”

Unfortunately for the rest of us, that future is NOW!
