I would like to express my sincerest thanks to the activists in Japan, who wish to keep their most important Article 9 of their constitution, and even make it a role model for all countries. This Article 9, is the most understated law that should be given the its rightful place, as the most important law ever passed. And as all the politicians talk about wanting peace, then why is it we have constantly wars. The people of this planet are all against wars, in particular nuclear or other exotic weapons of mass destruction. The US has not found any WMD in Iraq, but we see on our controlled media, daily use of WMD against the peoples of Iraq and Afghanistan. 2+2=4! ANOTHER REASON FOR INVADING IRAQ BESIDES OIL, IS THAT SADDAM REFUSED TO SELL THE OIL IN US$!!! THAT IS PROBABLY THE MAIN REASON. ARTICLE 9 SHOULD BE STUDIED, THE MSM MUST REPORT ON THE EVENTS AND CONFERENCES OF THIS MOST IMPORTANT STEP FOR HUMANITY\'S WELLBEING, AS WELL AS FOR MOTHER NATURE. IT IS NOT CO2 THE CULPRIT,!

WITHOUT CO2, THE EARTH MAY NOT EVEN HAVE \"BECOME\". IT IS THE FOOD FOR ALL TREES, AGRICULTURE, PLANTS, WHO IN RETURN GIVE US FOOD AND OXYGEN, BOTH VITAL FOR OUR EXISTENCE. AS I AM NOT A SCIENTIST, MY QUESTION WOULD BE, WHAT THE CONSEQUENSES IT WOULD HAVE BY THE NATIONS PLANNED REDUCTION OF A GAS THAT IS INDISPENSABLE FOR SURVIVAL. I HAVE READ PEER REVIEWED REPORTS, THAT SUCH ACTIONS WOULD BE CATASTROPHIC TO HUMANITY. COULD IT BE ANOTHER LIE, IN FAVOR OF THEIR DEPOPULATION GOALS? IT MUST BE SERIOUSLY UNDERSTOOD, BEFORE TAKING AWAY WHAT GOD CREATED, A GAS NAMED CO2, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENT FOR ALL PLANTS, TREES, AND ESPECIALLY AGRICULTURE. FOOD AND OXYGEN WILL BE REDUCED IF YOU REDUCE THEIR FOOD, CO2.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR UTMOST CONSIDERATION.
