A thought-provoking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting that President Putin will make an extremely rare out of country trip to meet personally with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 6 December, says this visit is occurring at the same time China is no longer able to avoid the East-West Proxy War rapidly developing in Ethiopia—a great power proxy war now designated as “the worst conflict in the world” that over the past year has left thousands dead, more than 2-million displaced, fueled famine, and a wave of atrocities—in response to sees the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Support Base in Djibouti undergoing a massive expansion—is a Chinese military expansion taking place 7-kilometers from the sprawling US military complex Camp Lemonnier adjacent to the Djibouti–Ambouli International Airport, and is where giant US Air Force cargo planes have been landing non-stop over the past fortnight after flying from their American bases.

At the first Russia-Africa Summit held in 2019, this report notes, President Putin declared: “The development of relations with African countries and regional organisations is among our Russian foreign policy priorities”, then he vowed that Russia was “not going to participate in a new repartition of the continent’s wealth”; and asserted “We are ready to engage in competition for cooperation with Africa”—today sees France maintaining the largest presence and troop numbers of any former colonial power in Africa—and today sees the socialist Biden Regime set to maintain the US military’s 27 operational outposts on the African continent.

With these Western colonial powers preparing to engulf the African continent with endless wars in order to steal its vast natural resource wealth, this report details, in order to counter this atrocity it saw Russia signing military cooperation agreements with Nigeria and Ethiopia, Africa’s two most populous nations, over the past few months—a Russian defense of the Black peoples of Africa quickly followed by Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden slamming unjust sanctions on Ethiopia in September, that he joined early this month with moves to destroy Ethiopia’s economy—American attacks on Ethiopia causing it to declare a national emergency on 2 November—in foreign policy documents like “Ethiopia Conflict By US Design” sees experts warning: “Supported by America and other foreign forces, including elements within United Nations agencies, The Tigray People’s Liberation Front are attempting to overthrow the democratically elected Government of Ethiopia and regain power...This would be disastrous for the country and the region...They consistently feed western media false or misleading information, and have repeatedly called for negotiations and a ceasefire: while this sounds reasonable and at some point a political settlement may be possible, such demands elevate the terrorist TPLF to a legitimate political group and disregard Ethiopian public opinion...The US also ignores the government-declared ceasefire in June/July, which the TPLF not only refused to respect, but, after federal forces withdrew, TPLF fighters marched into Afar and Amhara and committed a series of appalling atrocities”—and this past week it saw a secret video being released showing former and current EU, UK, and US diplomats conducting a clandestine meeting with Tigray People’s Liberation Front terrorists plotting how best to destroy Ethiopia—a beyond shocking video leftist American tech companies quickly banned their citizens from seeing, but sees this bombshell video preserved so these peoples can see the truth about the socialist demons ruling over them. 

In an effort to further subjugate the Black peoples of Africa, this report continues, today its sees these Western colonial powers igniting hysteria over the new Covid variant Omicron discovered in South Africa—an Omicron variant South Africa reports has infected less than 100 people, and whose symptoms the South African Medical Association documents: “It presents mild disease with symptoms being sore muscles and tiredness for a day or two not feeling well…So far, we have detected that those infected do not suffer the loss of taste or smell…They might have a slight cough…There are no prominent symptoms…Of those infected some are currently being treated at home”—in response to these Western colonial powers’ manufactured hysteria to drive up fear against Black peoples in Africa, today it sees the South African Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation issuing the statement: “This latest round of travel bans is akin to punishing South Africa for its advanced genomic sequencing and the ability to detect new variants quicker...Excellent science should be applauded and not punished”—and most critical to notice about this manufactured hysteria is its being used to hide such facts like the fully vaccinated now account for 81% of the Covid deaths in Britain.  

Security Council Members in this transcript note that because Russia is defending the Black peoples in Africa against these Western colonialist powers, the socialist Biden Regime is becoming more enraged by the day—an unstable socialist rage documented by Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov, who yesterday reported:  “Our diplomats in the United States are being kicked out...On 30 January a large group of my fellow diplomats - 27 people with their families - are leaving us...On 30 June, a similar number will leave from here...Almost nothing is changing...The atmosphere here in the United States is still poisoned with Russophobia, namely in the media, in Congress, in the administration”—yesterday saw Ambassador Antonov further reporting: “NATO states are taking over the Black Sea, Ukrainian territory…There are assumptions, which are voiced here, that certain daredevils or a group of combatants may turn up in Ukraine, who will try to test the strength of Russian defenses, expecting that we will not respond fearing the NATO potential…I would like to say and emphasize unequivocally that it is a very dangerous delusion”—and in quick agreement with this “dangerous delusion” guiding the socialist Biden Regime, it saw former US Defense Intelligence Agency officer Rebekah Koffler releasing her warning letter “A US-Russia War Over Ukraine Would Be Catastrophic”, wherein she factually states: “If you thought $2 trillion and 6,000 American lives were a steep price to pay for a no-victory outcome of a 20-year engagement in Afghanistan, you ain’t seen nothing yet...U.S. costs and losses in a war with nuclear Russia would be catastrophic...Predictably, Washington 'experts' discharge advice that is not grounded in reality”.

The conclusion section of this transcript sees Security Council Members noting former White House physician US Congressman Ronnie Jackson saying about the new Omicron variant: “Here comes the MEV – the Midterm Election Variant!...They NEED a reason to push unsolicited nationwide mail-in ballots…Democrats will do anything to CHEAT during an election – but we’re not going to let them!”—a statement that joins the just released Politico warning article “The Democratic Brand Is Broken-The Infrastructure Bill Isn't Fixing It”, wherein it reveals: “In one recent focus group, even those who voted for Joe Biden in 2020 weren’t exactly sure what the party stands for, and.one Democratic strategist who advises major donors said about the 2022 midterm election, ‘Too late.
