Washington State / Pacific Northwest USA - May 9, 2017 :
A tunnel has collapsed at a Plutonium + Uranium storage facility in Washington State at the Hanford nuclear waste site.
Hanford is reporting 20x20 collapse of tunnel where two separate tunnels meet. One tunnel is 360' long and the other is 1700' long.
