Apartment Tower Fire in Dubai Is Put Out

Two questions deserve answering:
1. How come UAE fire fightere were able to stop the fire in this Dubai skyscraper in less than 24 hours, while in New York the 3 skyscrapers continued burning for a long time on 911.? !!
2. Why is the building still standing, and in fact half of the buliding still have electricity, while buildings in New York turn to dust and collapsed down in no time on 9/11...?!!
