Levees.org has launched a new video with proof that the Corps of Engineers has been using taxpayer funded equipment to send crafted messages re-telling the story of the New Orleans flood.
We caught the Corps red-handed shifting blame for the flooding away from itself and the civil engineering profession and onto the citizens/victims of the flood.
