Chemical Assault on Sunnyvale California Scheduled for 06-24-09!

Under the pretense of protecting the population from West Nile Virus, which is an insignificant threat to humans, petrochemical companies, and their accomplices are going to make a killing, both financially and in terms of potential human casualties, by spraying deadly chemicals on people and their properties because a dead bird and a few mosquitoes allegedly have a virus in their bodies. They could have dozens, if not hundreds of viruses! So could you! So what! This appears to be fraud at best, and genocide, population reduction, and crimes against humanity at the worst. How long are you going to let thesedeadly chemicals be sprayed on you?

“Fogging to Suppress West Nile Virus Mosquitoes Scheduled in Sunnyvale\"

"Santa Clara County, CALIF. - The Santa Clara County Vector Control District ("the District") confirmed on June 11 that adult mosquitoes collected from the 94089 zip code area of Sunnyvale tested positive for West Nile virus (WNV). The detection of infected mosquitoes, followed the discovery of a West Nile Virus infected bird about a mile away on May 26, and has prompted the scheduling of mosquito fogging in the surrounding area to prevent human cases of WNV. Weather permitting, the ground fogging is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th, at 11 PM, and will last several hours."

Pesticides are chemicals that cause cancer, infertility, immunosuppression, respiratory and cardiac threats, etc.  to the "victims"  being sprayed.

It also appears that this spraying activity may violate the following sections of the California Penal Code: (as well as federal law and the Nuremberg Code)

374.3. (a) It is unlawful to dump or cause to be dumped any waste matter in or upon any public or private highway or road, including any portion of the right-of-way thereof, or in or upon any private property into or upon which the public is admitted by easement or license, or upon any private property without the consent of the owner, or in or upon any public park or other public property other than property designated or set aside for that purpose by the governing board or body having charge of that property.

375. (a) It shall be unlawful to throw, drop, pour, deposit, release, discharge or expose, or to attempt to throw, drop, pour, deposit, release, discharge or expose in, upon or about any theater, restaurant, place of business, place of amusement or any place of public assemblage, any liquid, gaseous or solid substance or matter of any kind which is injurious to person or property, or is nauseous, sickening, irritating or offensive to any of the senses.

(b) It shall be unlawful to manufacture or prepare, or to possess any liquid, gaseous, or solid substance or matter of any kind which is injurious to person or property, or is nauseous, sickening, irritating or offensive, to any of the senses with intent to throw, drop, pour, deposit, release, discharge or expose the same in, upon or about any theater, restaurant, place of business, place of amusement, or any other place of public assemblage.

(c) Any person violating any of the provisions hereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than three months and not more than one year, or by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) and not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000), or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(d) Any person who, in violating any of the provisions of subdivision (a), willfully employs or uses any liquid, gaseous or solid substance which may produce serious illness or permanent injury through being vaporized or otherwise dispersed in the air or who, in violating any of the provisions of subdivision (a), willfully employs or uses any tear gas, mustard gas or any of the combinations or compounds thereof, or willfully employs or uses acid or explosives, shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison.

Directives for Human Experimentation: NUREMBERG CODE

"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonable to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.\"

Furthermore, spraying under false pretenses may constitute public fraud and endangerrment. Also, Federal law prohibits making false representations regarding the safety of pesticides.

Don't think that because you do not live in this zone you are exempt. This will undoubtedly be the beginning of many more "Killer Mosquito Findings",  and the next spray zone may include you. Stop the madness!
