t read if you are anyone who helps to heal the planet. Hawkins uses kinesiology as an interface between the world of the physical and the world of the mind and spirit. He measures energy and how it relates to a person's level of consciousness - their emotions, perceptions, attitudes, world views and spiritual beliefs.

The critical response point in the scale of consciousness calibrates at level 200, which is the level associated with integrity and courage. All attitudes, feelings and thoughts below that make a person weak, or stuck in personal survival. For example, shame vibrates at 20, guilt at 30, apathy at 50, grief at 75, fear at 100, anger 150, and pride at 175.

As one crosses the demarcation between negative and positive influence into courage, the well-being of others becomes increasingly important. By the 500 level, the happiness of others emerges as the essential motivating force. The level measuring in the 500's - love and joy - is characterized by interest in spiritual awareness for both oneself and others. By the 600's, peace, the good of mankind and the search for enlightenment are the primary goals. For those people resonating in the highest level, 700 to 1000, one's life is dedicated to the salvation of all of humanity.

All of our emotions run up and down the scale, depending on what is happening around us. As we become more aware, we choose to live in a way that lets us hold compassion and acceptance for all around us. Things that used to make us angry bother us less and less. We are able to find neutrality and forgiveness for each other instead of punishing and judging others for their mistakes.

The part of Hawkins book that wowed me the most was the effect we have on all of those around us. One individual vibrating at 700 counter balances 70 million individuals vibrating below level 200. That was enough to make me take pause for the rest of the day. Every time we turn our attention inward and meditate or pray, we help all the people around us to find enough courage to take a step. What a powerful way to make a positive difference in the world, right from your home.

One individual at 600, (those who hold Light for world peace) counter balances 10 million people under 200. One person at 500, counter balances 750,000 people; one person at 400, helps 400,000 people and one person at 300 helps 90,000. Twelve individuals at 700 equals having one avatar at 1,000 on the planet. David Hawkin's research made my day.

So, if you've ever wondered about the power of positive thoughts, here is accurate proof of the affect we have on the world. Smile inside, we are all making a difference! Namaste.

I was very glad to see yet another light being discover Dr. David Hawkins' work. Thank you to our friend Kayla for forwarding the above. Those who read my 1997 book Sovereignty Consciousness know that in it I recommended the book Power versus Force by Dr. David Hawkins. The above summary is very important for everyone to understand. It is predicted that, the higher the collective consciousness evolves, the more David's model of levels of consciousness will become embraced by society.

Likewise, have you read the book The Eye of the I, by Dr. David Hawkins? It is the second in the trilogy, after Power versus Force. The Eye of the I is also very highly recommended. It gives some of the most vividly stunning, precise, and brilliant descriptions of the enlightened state and the ways to it, of any American. This continues to even higher levels in the third book of the trilogy, simply titled I. All three are highly recommended.

Dr. Hawkins once had the largest psychiatric practice in New York City, in the 1960s. Since his enlightenment awakening, he moved to Sedona, and it took him 30 years to start being able to talk about his realization. In the 90s he began coming out with his various books. Their level of profundity and effulgence evidences the likelihood of genuine enlightenment in a way that is found in very, very few Americans. Deeply inspiring. The words David Hawkins writes are reminiscent of the kinds of insights Avatars share.
